220. DEAR HEART ATTACK CREATOR.
Hello, Heart Attack creator! Thank you for creating something for me! 🥰
I'm
buries and
finnicks.
I've written this letter to give you an idea of my likes, dislikes, prompts, and some things I enjoy (and maybe don't enjoy) in canon. Please don't feel as though you need to include all the prompts in one fic/comic or interpret them at face value. I'm hoping this will merely inspire you.
If you find one section is a little shorter than the others, please don't think I want it any less! With some of them, I have a lot to say and with others I am (thankfully) a little more concise. My prompts are in no particular order other than the canons have been alphabetised and categorised.
I have prompted for fic and comic panels.

I really love fics that dig into character and that are character-driven and character-focused. I love seeing characters change, whether it be their opinion on something, them opening up a little more than they ever have before, or them learning a lesson or something about themselves. I love characters who are flawed and fics that represent a full person, not just someone who is flawless without their ugly, marred bits.
I love emotional arcs and characters learning something about themselves and even each other. I never want characters to be perfect—rip them apart, show how ugly they can be, and put them back together in a way that may not be perfect but is good enough.
I love explorations of PTSD, complicated relationships with people or ideas or even past events. Feel free to also be ridiculous and have characters be hopeless, funny, quippy and witty. I love characters being a little foolish and having fun.
I don't need my fics to be overly plotty. I tend to prefer character to overpower plot, but if you're a plotty writer, then by all means, please go ahead and plot away! I enjoy plots that challenge character and require teamwork, that display someone's skills and weaknesses and show people are well-rounded.
Please note that I am happy with any rating of fic (unless specified via the exchange criteria). I'm happy for explicit PWP or porn with plot (or a story with no porn). I'll indicate in any request where I do not want to receive explicit fic (whether it be sexual or violence).

A GENERAL LIST OF LIKES:
As long as it fits under the canon divergence umbrella and these situations are embedded into canon as we know it and doesn't skim against my DNWs for AUs, I love the following type AU scenarios:
I prefer terminology such as "clit, cock, cunt, dick" and don't mind "pussy".
I do enjoy fail sex, sex where people stumble, sex where people might not be as confident as they think they will be, someone comes too early, and sex that pans out as expected from start to finish. Sex that shows connection and vulnerability is always a big bonus.
Women taking charge is A+, but I also love seeing men who may be a little on the insecure side being encouraged to take the lead.
✓ KINKS
If you choose to make me a comic, thank you! I love comics and I love looking at art made by fan artists in particular. We have some incredibly amazing artists in fandom (like yourself!) that I'm always in awe of. I'm not an artist, so I'm not entirely comfortable creating a list of DNWs for art when I won't know what I'm talking about. I'm hoping that my prompts will give you some inspiration nonetheless!
SOME GENERAL THINGS I LIKE:
If your style isn't captured in anything I've listed above, please apply these likes as they apply to your style.
As corny as it sounds, as long as you have fun with it, I'm going to love it!
I have also included some prompts under each ship so you have some ideas to bounce off of! I've also included some things I love about the characters or fandom that hopefully might inspire you as well. Please don't feel pressured to include everything that I've prompted or linked as inspiration. I have no idea how to prompt art, so I wanted to give you everything possible. Please take what you like and leave the rest behind.
If you're like me and find inspiration from gifs, I reblog all of the characters I've requested on my Tumblr (

A GENERAL LIST OF LIKES:
• angst.
• banter.
• canon divergences (what if, someone makes a different decision, filling in the blanks of canon, fixing up canon's mistakes—as long as it has a foothold in canon where characters aren't changed drastically from their canonical selves).
• character studies.
• cheating/infidelity (unless specified, I'd prefer it be with the ship I've requested—so A and B cheating with each other).
• communication.
• complicated relationships.
• courting.
• dark (emotional manipulation, psychological manipulation, dealing with dark situations i.e. aftermath of abuse (emotional, mental and physical); misleading i.e. pretending to be someone else; depression i.e. struggling to cope with loss, struggling to cope with a sense of self; Stockholm Syndrome). As I have DNWed DV and noncon, I'm happy for fic to be in the aftermath of those actions and deal with the ramifications.
• enemies to lovers.
• espionage—secret identities, undercover missions, lying, secret-keeping, sharing a secret they can't share with anyone else, spy/handler (I love the shit out of Alias and Nikita).
• established relationships—friendships, romantic relationships, sexual relationships, people already married, etc.
• fake dating/ marriage.
• first times (dates, sex).
• found family.
• futurefic/ post-canon fic.
• happy/hopeful endings.
• huddling for warmth.
• humour.
• intimacy—emotional and/or physical.
• miscommunication (people bring their own interpretations and baggage to the table and it ends up with misinterpretations all around; one person's too blunt or the other tries to beat around the bush to save the other's feelings and this results in miscommunication).
• pining (I do have a fondness for it being unresolved until the very end—but that said, feel free to have it be resolved!).
• pregnancy (also including abortion and miscarriage as long as it's treated respectfully).
• road trips.
• secret relationships.
• sharing a bed.
• smut.
• ust.
• vulnerability—specifically emotional, but can be physical as well.
AUS I LIKE
As long as it fits under the canon divergence umbrella and these situations are embedded into canon as we know it and doesn't skim against my DNWs for AUs, I love the following type AU scenarios:
• apocalypse au (someone presses the wrong button, Terminator-esque, zombies, it Just Happens)—specifically the survival elements and teamwork.
• future fic/post-canon—what happens after a particular point in canon and someone makes a different decision? what happens after a canon that's ended? set it a year, five years, ten years, etc. in the future.
• requested powerswaps as long as it's resolved by the end of the fic.
• soulmate au (name on your wrist, countdown tattoo, you just fucking know).
• time travel aus, specifically time loops.
• what if?—what if someone made a different decision? what if something went differently in canon? what if someone died? or if someone survived? what if we didn't have that last shitty season? what if the movie didn't end the way it did? what if the writing was actually good and remembered it established X for character Y?
SMUT LIKES
I prefer terminology such as "clit, cock, cunt, dick" and don't mind "pussy".
I do enjoy fail sex, sex where people stumble, sex where people might not be as confident as they think they will be, someone comes too early, and sex that pans out as expected from start to finish. Sex that shows connection and vulnerability is always a big bonus.

• anal.
• banter.
• begging.
• biting.
• body worship.
• breathplay.
• clothed sex (also one person clothed, other person naked).
• consensual sex.
• deepthroating (consensual + communication a must).
• dubcon (consensual to an extent, some communication involved; it doesn't have to be agreed upon by both parties but the other person consents to getting down and dirty in some way).
• edging.
• facials.
• fingering (anal, vaginal).
• hair pulling.
• handholding.
• handjobs.
• inexperience.
• light bondage.
• light dom/sub (I prefer the mental side of this i.e. giving up your need to control and trusting your partner to not lead you astray or misuse your trust aspect of this kink).
• non-penetrative sex.
• oral (blowjob/ cunnilingus).
• orgasm control/ denial.
• overstimulation.
• pegging.
• power imbalance.
• public sex (secret/ semi-public).
• rimming.
• roleplay (doctor/nurse, teacher/student (high school or college), cheerleader/football captain, superhero/supervillain, superhero/civilian, dressing up as established characters i.e. Batman/Catwoman, etc.).

• bold colours.
• greyscale.
• greyscale with a colour or two.
• character-centric pieces that express emotion and capture something about the character.
• physical contact between characters.
• impactful angles, i.e. you want to show a character being isolated by using the background or lack of background to showcase it.
• clothes/ jewellery, particularly outfits and jewellery established in canon (I will include links to clothing pieces for inspiration underneath each prompt).
• magic.
• animals.
• tarot cards.
• watercolour.

BARRY/IRIS
DNWS:
• Noooooone.
CANON TL;DR:
This show, man. Seasons 1-2 are my shit. The plot, the conspiracy, Thawne being a little bitch, Barry being a hero who didn't seem to be dumbed down for the sake of needing his team. I really enjoyed seasons 1, 2, Flashpoint, the concept of Savitar, the concept of Nora travelling back in time, and the whole concept behind the Multiverse and Mirrorverse. I felt like the later seasons haven't been as tightly written and dumb Barry down significantly, and don't give Iris much to do. I'd love to see Iris as a struggling journalist rather than one day waking up with an empire. I also wish they'd just bring back Matt Letscher as Thawne already!
I love the consequences of time travel, the emotional consequences of knowing you've travelled through time and changed something or someone. I love the seeing yourself in a different world and seeing how your life plays out because you weren't struck by lightning or your parents weren't brutally murdered. Time travel is one of my favourite things, so if that inspires you, please feel free to gun for it.
I'm also a big fan of how grief was portrayed in seasons 1-2. (I disliked how they kind of just blamed Barry for his grief response from season 3 onward when he really should've been supported.) I'm down for explorations in grief experiences for both Barry and Iris. Iris never got to deal with her personal trauma regarding her mom… and she never got to grieve her on-screen, either.
Characters I love and wouldn't mind seeing involved in the story (only if including them fits): Nora West-Allen, Bart West-Allen, Nora Allen, Henry Allen, Joe West, Jay Garrick (will the real Slim Shady please stand up?), Eobard Thawne (preference is this dumb ho), Cisco Ramon, Harrison Wells from Earth-2, Cynthia Reynolds, and GIDEON. I don't really care too much about Caitlin but I'm happy for her to be involved, too.
Ships I'd love to see as background (only if including them fits): Henry/Nora, Cisco/Cynthia, Eobard/His Obsession With Barry, Joe/Happiness, Jay/His Helmet, Wells/Throwing Things.
BARRY/IRIS TL;DR:
They are the golden standard. I love their chemistry. I love that their relationship began in deep, beautiful friendship. I love that Iris and Barry will always have one another's backs, even if it means calling the other out on their shit. They simple work. Their chemistry is electric and their relationship is so mature. I love that, despite their relationship turning romantic, they still remain such good friends.
I love the trust between them, the way that Iris understands Barry's neurosis and trauma so well, and how Iris always, always fills in the void that's inside of Barry that he can't fill in for himself. She's his lightning rod. She's the guiding light that propels him onward. She never, ever takes credit or overshadows him—she knows what Barry is capable of and that, sometimes, he just needs a little push.
I love that Barry is Iris' #1 stan. He encourages her to be herself, to take what's hers, to be brave and bold. He always backs her. If she wanted a planet, he'd get it to her in a heartbeat. Iris is the person who has always been stable and there for him, and Barry has always cherished her because she saw him when even he couldn't see himself. I love that he loves her for who she is—flaws and all—and always encourages her to do what's best for her, even if it means she needs to struggle on her own for a little bit.
I love that they have each other's backs. They will always be each other's #1 fans. Barry will move mountains (and erase them, cough) for Iris while Iris will always encourage Barry's selflessness to turn into healthy selfishness. Sometimes the writing really fails them for plot convenience, but I think that it's really easy to pull apart what the plot requires them to do (cough, Barry not knowing it wasn't Iris when she disappeared in the mirror cough) and to see how they function as a unit together.
PROMPTS:
Please use these for both fic and comics.
• When Francine dies, Barry comforts Iris and guides her through the grieving process, something Barry struggles with himself.
• Iris working for CCPN struggling to become a journalist who reports on things in the city that isn't just the Flash.
• Iris continues to get exclusive interviews with the Flash, yet, she still doesn't know his name.
• Barry poses as the Flash for a photograph for Iris' story.
• Iris and Barry in the aftermath of Savitar.
• In the interest of time, Barry and Iris forgo taking public transport or a car, he picks her up and runs at superspeed to get to their date. Instead of arriving at the destination, he's either run back in time or far into the future.
• Flash and Iris as the purple speedster (fandom dubbed her as Purple Reign) zipping around Central City. Perhaps they team up to take down a bad guy.
• Iris and Barry on a date—sitting at a cafe, walking along the street, sitting on a blanket in the park. Do things go right? Do things go wrong? How do they respond?
• Iris and Barry get married and no one interrupts them ðŸ˜. (Bonus points for art if she wears her original dress.)
• What happens when all the Barrys come to Earth-1? How does Iris react when she has her Barry, Earth-2 Barry, and any other Barrys with her? Are there just too many bloody Barrys? How do they get home?
• When Barry pulls Iris into Flashtime, he struggles to get out of it.
• A future Barry or Iris comes to the past to try and change the future. Is one of them dead? Does someone die? Is it to stop another apocalypse?
• When Nora comes back to the past, she actually has a plan. (I feel like season 5 played her too childishly. She's 25+! Let her be a smart adult!)
• Barry's offered his promotion as Director of the CSI Department, but he struggles to believe he's worthy. He stalls on accepting the offer.
• It's Nora Allen's tenth death anniversary.
• I'd love anything that shows off Barry's speed, whether he's in the Flash costume or in his usual civilian attire (and Converse shoes).
• Barry and Iris in Flashtime. (Inspiration.)
• Barry and Iris with Nora and Bart—as babies, as toddlers, as grown-ups, whichever suits.
• Barry and Iris go undercover as:
— a married couple (pre-established relationship or even when they're married—knowing these two, they'd be dorks).
— Earth-2 Barry and Iris.
• I love Iris in her dark blues, purples, reds and bright yellows. (I love her seasons 1-3 styles the best.)
— Looking good in yellow.
— Hot in red.
MICK/AMAYA
DNWS:
• Noooooone.
CANON TL;DR:
LOT is a clusterfuck of a campy show that happened to feature one of my favourite DCTV villains (Matt Letscher's Eobard Thawne!!!!!!). What I loved about LOT in the early years as the teamwork, how the ensemble cast worked together to form a well-oiled machine, and Mick and Amaya's damn chemistry.
MICK/AMAYA TL;DR:
Amaya is my favourite Legend. She's not only so gentle and an independent woman who doesn't take anyone's shit and stomps on men for fun, but she's an animal lover! I love how she is someone who is a voice of reason, who can be overly serious and also a lot of fun to be around. She is a fascinating character who happens to embody one of my favourite tropes—a woman who has been thrown out of time and who can impact her future by a simple choice. I love the shit out of the trope where someone has to be careful about their choices because they could erase a whole line of descendants with one choice.
I love Mick for his rough, abrasive nature, and how he doesn't take any shit. He's so unquestionably himself. He doesn't apologise for who he is and he owns his shit. I love that he's someone who enjoys writing and providing entertainment to those around him. While he may seem like someone who takes, all Mick does is give. He has such a gooey centre under his rough exterior, and it's so good when he lets his team in behind one of his many walls.
Together, I just really love their chemistry. Mick softens around Amaya. Amaya accepts Mick for who he is and never makes fun of him for what he chooses to do and what he chooses not to do. She inspires him to embrace the team and to see that there's strength in letting people in, not weakness. I feel like Mick encourages Amaya to be herself, to step outside of the role that she's been in for her entire life, and be as free as the animals she interacts with. I feel like Mick is the one who could easily encourage Amaya to embrace what she wants and not to be ruled by the future.
I will always believe that Mick had a crush on Amaya and was even in love with her. She was the one team member who consistently treated him with kindness and saw him—and she accepted him no matter what.
Characters I love and wouldn't mind seeing involved in the story (only if including them fits): Zari, Snart, Sara, Ray, Nate, Stein, and GIDEON.
PROMPTS:
Please use these for both fic and comics.
• Mick and Amaya go on a mission for the Legends and end up stranded. Perhaps they have to pretend to be married.
• After Nate drops Amaya off so her timeline can reset and play out as it should. Mick and Amaya exchange letters.
• After Amaya leaves the Legends to live out her life as it should be, Mick decides that Amaya should be the writer of her own story, not some alleged fixed in stone destiny.
• Sword in the Stone—the Legends visit a time era where Amaya is the only person able to pull the sword from the stone.
• After Amaya has left the Legends, she talks to Mick through animals.
• Pirate Captain Amaya makes a comeback. (I would love if this was similar to Pirates of the Caribbean where they're trying to find the Fountain of Youth or buried treasure and she ends up Pirate King.)
• A woman or man from the future comes to the past. They end up revealing themselves to be Mick and Amaya's child. Perhaps they try and get their parents together.
• Amaya's Totem starts to give her trouble.
• One or both of them takes a truth serum and has to tell the truth for 24 hours (or another specified amount of time).
• Even though the reality has been erased, Mick's not happy and a little shaken over Amaya being frozen and shattered.
• After Amaya leaves, Mick decides that the Legends have no place for him anymore. He travels to Amaya's village to live with her.
• Highlighting Amaya's Totem powers. (Inspiration.)
• Amaya's Totem.
• I'd love emphasis on Amaya's naturally curly hair.
• Mick and fire.
(TV) GILMORE GIRLS
SHIPS:
• Jess Mariano/Rory Gilmore.
JESS/RORY
DNWS:
• Revival being canon.
• Bashing Logan Huntzberger. (He grew on me like gangrene and he's another one I ship Rory with.)
• Bashing Rory. Her character kind of takes a nose dive in the later seasons and the town paints her as perfect, but I love a flawed depiction of a human being that isn't dragging her.
• Jess' long hair (season 4 and Revival). I love his fluffy season 3 hair. I'm shallow.
CANON TL;DR:
I've always enjoyed Gilmore Girls for the close-knit community and the town that seemed to live on top of one another. I loved the quippy dialogue, the quick back and forth, and the way that relationships could be shown in the dialogue alone.
I do love seasons 2-3 the most, with season 6 coming in close behind (solely for Jess' appearance… and I did enjoy Logan growing as a person, even though he got a lot of development in the later seasons). I loved the basket auction, the 24-hour dance, dying Lane's hair as an act of rebellion, all the damn books, and the tension between Rory and Jess at the beginning of season 3 (that could've been solved if someone had just opened their mouth and spoke).
Characters I love and wouldn't mind seeing involved in the story (only if including them fits): Paris, Lane, Mrs Kim, Dave, Luke, Ms Patty, Babette, Taylor, Kirk, Lorelai, Sookie, Michel, and Jackson. I'm okay if Logan's involved, but I don't want him being put down by Jess' presence. You can go to town in deconstructing Dean and his tendencies to live in the 1950s patriarchy (what was that episode in season 1 when Rory felt pressured to dress up and act like a Stepford?).
Ships I'd love to see as background (only if including them fits): Luke/Lorelai, Dave/Lane, Paris/Doyle, Paris/Happiness, Mrs Kim/Not Being A Stereotype, Jackson/Sookie, Morey/Babette, Michel/Being A Sassy Bitch, Kirk/Lulu, Kirk/A Thousand Jobs, Taylor/Being OTT, Lane & Rory, Paris & Rory, Lane & Jess, Dave & Jess.
JESS/RORY TL;DR:
I have always loved Literati. I love their banter and their easy chemistry. Jess challenges Rory to step out of her comfort zone and consider being Rory for Rory, not the Rory Lorelai wants or the town expects. They compliment each other in so many ways. They can have dorky intelligent conversations, nerd out over books, have deep emotional conversations (which I wish we got more of throughout the season), and can relax around one another.
Jess was a good boyfriend to Rory, even though we never got to see it. We got told about it in dialogue, though! He saves up all his money to take her out. He always makes time for her even when he's run out of it. Jess' issue in season 3 was he wasn't emotionally ready to be in a relationship yet. Their timing was always off.
I love that Rory can let her hair down and be someone who isn't perfect. Jess encourages her to be a flawed person. He encourages her to take what she wants and to go for it, and he's the only person who seems to get Rory the most. Everyone treated Rory with kid gloves when she dropped out of Yale and spiralled, but Jess was the only one who called her out on her shit and asked her "Who are you?"
Rory does become someone who I feel is a caricature of herself. I loved that she was always so unapologetically nerdy and smart, and also very, very naive. I liked that she was learning who she was, what that means to her, and how she was trying to find out who she was outside of Lorelai's shadow. I actually did like Mitchum Huntzberger criticising Rory in the later seasons and saying she didn't have what it took to be a journalist because it really showed that Rory had been wrapped in a safe bubble for her entire life. She still hadn't learned how to take criticism and either take it on board and grow or shrug it off. Jess is so the opposite of that—and I feel like it was a missed opportunity that Rory never leaned on him for support on how to grow thicker skin.
At the end, Jess did kind of deserve better than how Rory treated him. But I think that they are perfect for one another. They always come back to each other. I think it's pretty poignant that they never slept together—they always had such an intimate relationship on so many other levels.
PROMPTS:
Please use these for both fic and comics.
• When Jess sets out to destroy the Gilmores’ competing snowmen, Rory sneaks out of the Independence Inn and helps him.
• After Jess leaves Stars Hollow, they keep in touch via letters. Perhaps Jess starts it.
• Years after Jess leaves, Rory decides that she's going to go on a little Pray, Love, Eat trip… in California. Not because that's where she knew Jess was last… just, you know… because.
• There's another basket auction. This time, the women get to bid on the baskets.
• When Rory skips school to travel to New York, what happens if she misses her bus and stays?
• After Rory visits Jess in New York, she makes a habit of going back.
• Rory goes to one of his book signings.
• When Jess and Rory reconnect years later, Jess is in a relationship with someone else. Give me jealousy!!!!
• Rory rejects Logan's proposal because she wants to find herself. What if finding herself leads her straight back to Jess?
• Jess tries to propose to Rory, but it keeps going absolutely wrong. Bonus points if the people of Stars Hollow keep trying to help him finally put a ring on it.
• And they were roommates.
• What if when Mitchum Huntzberger criticises Rory, she…
— doesn't go and steal a boat, but impulsively leaves Connecticut and finds herself at Jess' door?
— steals a boat and impulsively leaves Connecticut and finds herself at Jess' door?
• Jess comes to Richard Gilmore's funeral.
• Unexpected pregnancy (not Revival style).
• Peak Jess hair.
(TV) TITANS
SHIPS:
• Dick Grayson/Kory Anders.
• Conner Kent/Komand'r.
• Koriand'r & Komand'r.
DNWS:
• This isn't so much as "DNW" but if you're familiar with the comics and dislike the retcon they've done to Kory and Kom's powers, please feel free to ignore it (just like I am) and keep Kory and Kom's power origins similar to their original canon.
CANON TL;DR:
This show really shows me off as being the clown that I am, I swear. 🤡 I thought season 3 was a massive improvement over the last two seasons, but NOPE. It fell back into its usual Titans trap of setting things up with great potential and then letting it all plummet.
Despite the writing always being a little clunky and… forgetful of what was already established in canon (Komand'r's entrance in the season 2 finale, all of Dick's development in season 2, Kory's amnesia…), I love the characters. I am a clown, I tell you!
I love the teamwork and the team's dynamics. I like that they really feel like a found family. Dick and Kory are the parents, Komand'r is the cool aunt, Gar's the kid who's tired of everyone's crap because everything would be better if we all just talked and he knows that. I wish that the show would lean into the ensemble dynamic a lot more—and let each character simply react rather than be led by plot.
The outfits are a+. Koriand'r is a fashion icon.
Characters I love and wouldn't mind seeing involved in the story (only if including them fits): The Titans—Gar, Rachel, Jason, Garth, Hank, Donna, and Dawn; Bruce, awesome versions of the Bat Rogues and Selina Kyle.
Ships I'd love to see as background (only if including them fits): Hank/Dawn, Donna/Being Alive, Bruce/Selina (!!!), Gar & Kory, Rachel & Dick, Rachel & Kory, Donna & Dick, Donna & Kory, Bruce & Dick, Hank & Dick, Jason & Dick.
DICK/KORY
DICK/KORY TL;DR:
I'm forever bitter that they're not serving us Kory/Dick on a golden platter. They have such fantastic chemistry—they're the mom and dad of the group, two leaders, two people who are just so good and sacrifice so much… I really, really wished that the show picked them back up and developed them since the actors are great and the characters shine together. They both went on journeys of discovering who they are to themselves… and they look so damn fine standing next to one another!
Kory seems such at ease with Dick. I like how relaxed she is and how Dick never looks at her as anyone but Kory. She's not afraid to be herself, even if she doesn't quite know who that is, especially on Earth. I think he's one of the first people to treat her as a human, not as Tamarean royalty. I like that he's always so worried about Kory but also knows that she's able to handle herself because she's fucking Koriand'r.
Kory calls Dick out on his shit, which is something that a lot of characters do, but she seems to do so with the understanding of where his motivations come from. Kory lets him be a person, not Bruce's son or Batman's sidekick. She lets him exist with his trauma and baggage and accepts him for that. She's his biggest advocate, something I feel Dick hasn't ever had.
I'd love to see them call each other by their full names—Richard and Koriand'r.
PROMPTS:
Please use these for both fic and comics.
• Dick and Kory actually talk and support one another. What if Kory confided in Dick the fact she had to kill her friend Faddei because Komand'r had possessed him? What if Kory confided in Dick that Komand'r killed her parents? What if Dick confided in Koriand'r what happened with Jericho? That he went to prison because he's dumb? What if Koriand'r confided in Dick her identity issues? If Dick confided in Kory his issues? What if, when Dick got shot, Kory was actually there?
• They try again.
• Mar'i comes from the future to prevent something bad from happening. Dick and Kory, who may not be together, have to deal with the fact that they have a kid in the future.
• What happens after Dick comes back from the Lazarus Pit? Does he tell Kory about his hallucination? Does he come back "right"?
• What happens if Kory tells Dick about Komand'r and how her parents had treated her awfully? Does she feel guilty? How does she want to make it up to Komand'r?
• What if Kory got to deal with her loving her powers while knowing Komand'r was crucified for not being able to produce her own fire?
• Kory admiring the Nightwing suit.
— I love this fucking suit.
• Dick admiring Kory's Starfire suit.
— I mean, she's a babe.
• Dick's reaction to Kory revealing she's royalty.
• What if Kory was entertaining the idea of returning to Tamaran with Komand'r? How does Dick react?
• What happens after the asylum? Are they shaken? Do they talk?
• One of them is injured and the other takes care of them.
• Blues, purples and reds are a great colour palette for these two.
• I love this look for Kory (although, I love her curly hair, too).
CONNER/KOMAND'R
CONNER/KOMAND'R TL;DR:
I ended up falling in love with Komand'r and Conner as they had great chemistry and happened to make a great pairing of "We're actually rather lonely in the world and we don't know our place but maybe I can find my place with you". The actors' chemistry together was just so damn good.
I like that Conner accepted Komand'r no matter what she did or said or didn't do or didn't say. She has spent so much of her life being disparaged for something that was never her fault, yet Conner always looks at her and regards her with such respect and admiration that would have to cause Komand'r to stumble just a little. Conner accepts Komand'r in a way that Komand'r feels Kory has never accepted her—or seen her.
And while Conner is brand new to the whole world, she allows him to fumble and stumble and make mistakes. If anyone is going to accept him and his "bad Lex Luthor" side, it's Komand'r. She understands what it's like to make decision that others dislike and even disparage. She knows what it's like to be the person framed as a bad guy even though her motivations behind doing something wasn't to be bad. She'd accept him completely, not just for his Clark Kent side.
PROMPTS:
Please use these for both fic and comics.
• Komand'r gets back at Conner for destroying her ship. Whether it's smutty or not is up to you.
• Komand'r and Conner on Tamaran. (Maybe he poses as her manservant…)
• How did they finally get together? Who kissed who first? Did Komand'r make the first move? Did Conner?
• Conner appreciates Komand'r in her Blackfire uniform.
• Komand'r and Conner go shopping.
• They try to date like normal people. How does it go? Does Komand'r set anything on fire? Does Conner?
• Conner wants to try something sexual. Komand'r is more than happy to walk him through it.
• Komand'r is shot.
• Conner is impacted by green Kryptonite.
• Was Komand'r stealing his powers or solar energy?
KORIAND'R & KOMAND'R
KORIAND'R & KOMAND'R TL;DR:
These sisters have such a rich and complicated history, and I was so glad to see Kory and Kom on this show. Not only did the actresses have great chemistry, but I really enjoyed the trajectory of their relationship (even though it didn't really dive off from the season 2 finale as well as it should've).
I love that Komand'r, despite being somewhat powerless, is still such a powerful person. She has a confidence that Kory lacks. She knows who she is, even though she also doesn't know who she is. She's willing to make the hard decisions, to sacrifice and lash out, and she doesn't look back even though she does apologise.
Kory is capable of a compassion that Komand'r refuses to give to herself and others. Although Kory understandably has her walls up around Komand'r, I enjoyed how she finally saw her sister for who she was—a good person who was given a rough hand in life. I like that Kory tries to make up for Kom's treatment by their family and planet, but she also isn't the only one at fault.
Their relationship is complex and I love how their dynamic is so rich and difficult. They're each other's person and they're each other's Achilles heel… and they both know how to hurt one another.
PROMPTS:
Please use these for both fic and comics.
• They talk about their upbringing.
• They go back to Tamaran. How does it go? Do they welcome Komand'r with open arms? If Kory speaks on her behalf, how do the citizens react?
• We get the Villain!Komand'r that was set up in the season 2 finale. Does Komand'r end up becoming the woman she is in season 3? Is she purely evil? Is jealousy the reason why she's come to Earth to ruin Kory's life? What's her endgame?
• Komand'r helps Kory deal with her fluctuating powers (as they seemed to be going a bit haywire in season 2). How does this affect the sisters' relationship? How does Komand'r come to see herself? How does Kory feel?
• Komand'r comes to Earth when Kory was suffering from amnesia.
• Komand'r reacts to Mar'i.
• Kory confides in Komand'r about Dick's vision of Mar'i. How does she feel about potentially being a mother? How does she feel about raising a daughter possibly on Earth?
• Team-up with Dick and/or Conner. How do they operate as a team?
• Komand'r interrogates Dick about his intentions with Kory.
• Komand'r and Kory talk about Kory giving Komand'r her Tamaran armour.
• Komand'r in her Tamaran armour looking and feeling powerful beside Kory.
• Komand'r playing with Mar'i.
(TV) THE VAMPIRE DIARIES
SHIPS:
• Stefan Salvatore/Katherine Pierce
• Katherine Pierce & Nadia Petrova
• Klaus Mikaelson/Katherine Pierce
• Katherine Pierce/Elena Gilbert + Katherine Pierce & Elena Gilbert
• Klaus Mikaelson/Elena Gilbert
• Stefan Salvatore/Elena Gilbert
• Kai Parker/Bonnie Bennett
• Kol Mikaelson/Davina Claire
DNWS:
• Bashing Katherine Pierce. Katherine is my favourite character and canon already takes many potshots at her. I'm open to character studies digging deep into her character motivations and characters being distrusting of her due to her previous actions, but I'd prefer to steer clear of misogynistic language and degrading her as a person. (Again... canon already does that.)
• Elena/Damon romance being reciprocated. I prefer it when Damon is "in love" with Elena and Elena isn't in love with Damon.
• Katherine and Elena pretending to be sisters.
• Katherine being mistaken for Elena or pretending to be her. Visa versa with Elena being mistaken for Katherine or pretending to be her.
• Damon being misogynistic towards Katherine.
• Stefan/Katherine being a prop for Stefan/Elena.
• Klaus/Elena romantic feelings genuinely reciprocated.
• Season 8 ending, specifically for Katherine and Stefan. Please keep them alive and as vampires (unless requested).
• Heavily focused on Legacies canon. I don't watch this show; I'm happy for things to be set in the future and reference this show, but please don't set it heavily in it as I have no idea who's who in the zoo.
CANON TL;DR:
I love this show in the early years. My favourite seasons are 1, 2 and 6. I love season 1 for the lore and how everyone feels like a character grounded in this small town (and went to school… back when they remembered they went to school). Season 2 is my favourite season amongst them all because they really showed how tightly the writing could be, how immersive this world was (and kind of incestuous, negl), and I loved that characters got to show off their cunning and intelligence. And, most importantly, we got Katherine Pierce! I love season 6 as I felt like the characters weren't total caricatures of themselves, the story was compelling and the lore was being stretched again with prison worlds, and Malachai Parker was in it.
I'm not really a big fan of Elena as a vampire as I felt like she lost a lot of her spark and fire; however, if you want to write about Elena as a vampire, please feel free to do so.
I'm happy to receive any of the below ships for this exchange. Katherine is my favourite character from this show.
To talk a little about the ships I've chosen (get ready, I'm sorry…). Blanket note: I know all of these relationships are toxic and if you want to delve a little into that toxicity without bashing the ships (i.e. portraying one character as undeserving/ the person who is 100% bad guy in it), I'm all for it. I love explorations of how people are so emotionally damaged, but I like it to be a fair criticism that doesn't favour another ship over them and also shows how they can compliment one another as well.
Just an FYI: I hate Matt Donovan. It is irrational and justified all at once. How did that idiot survive eight years being so dull? #JusticeforVicki
Characters I love and wouldn't mind seeing involved in the story (only if including them fits): Caroline, Tyler, Damon (season 1's version of him is Fantastic!), Lexi, Anna, Pearl, Jeremy, Jenna, Rebekah, Elijah, Finn, Esther, Dahlia, Freya, Vincent, and Marcel.
Ships I'd love to see as background (only if including them fits): Tyler/Caroline, Jenna/Alaric Back When He Was Likeable, Damon/Scheming, Marcel/Rebekah, Elijah/Suits, Pearl & Anna, Pearl & Katherine, Damon & Stefan, Jenna & Elena, Caroline & Bonnie & Elena, Elijah & Rebekah & Klaus & Kol & Finn, Vincent & Davina, Marcel & Davina, Caroline & Katherine, Bonnie & Katherine, Caroline & Stefan.
STEFAN/KATHERINE
STEFAN/KATHERINE TL;DR:
Katherine and Stefan are my OTP of the series. I feel like they compliment one another so well.
Katherine finally lowers her walls around Stefan and almost becomes Katerina again. She wants to live, she wants to love. She lets herself be vulnerable with him.
And Stefan seems to blossom with Katherine. He becomes someone who isn't just Giuseppe's favourite son. He becomes a man who loves and wants to be loved and goes after what he wants. I love how she later comes to help him manage his PTSD (even though I do wish that the writers hadn't settled on "Your traumatic experience isn't the reason why you have PTSD, but the fact that this other girl broke up with you is why!" because that's kind of bullshit) and that Stefan comes to see Katherine for who she is—she is a good person who was in a shitty situation and dealt a shitty hand in life, and she made the most of it.
I just think it's so poignant that Stefan treats Katherine like she's a human being after she's spent so long being treated like an object and being disparaged and vilified. Even when she returns in season 2, he talks to her as if she's a person—and also has a go at her like one, too. Where Damon calls her misogynistic names, Stefan's the one who lowers his voice and tries to speak to her human to human. He always sees her for Katerina, not the monster that she tries to hide behind. He sees her when no one else (besides Nadia) has.
I love the power dynamic, the imbalance, the balance, and how Katherine is his sire and is such a pivotal person in his life. I feel like Katherine's appearance in season 2 made Stefan step up his game and we finally got to see a chess player.
PROMPTS:
Please use these for both fic and comics.
• Pre-canon, Katherine reached out to Stefan in his dreams,
• Post season 2, Stefan and Katherine run from Klaus.
— Road trip!
— Hiding in another country.
— Taking on other identities.
• They team up to take Klaus down.
• Katherine's the one to save Stefan from the safe. She helps him manage his PTSD (and we disregard the fact that the show wrote his PTSD off as him not being with Elena when he actually had real traumatic shit to deal with). Preference is for Katherine to be a vampire.
• A witch decides to turn them human. They only turn back into being vampires after learning a lesson.
• When Nadia tracks down Katherine, Stefan decides to leave Mystic Falls with them.
• Stefan realises he like-likes Katherine. This might be after she helps him and selflessly puts herself in danger for him. How does he deal with it?
• Stefan's thrown back in time to 1490 and meets Katerina.
• Them in 1864. How did their first kiss go? What happened when they first slept together?
KATHERINE & NADIA
KATHERINE & NADIA TL;DR:
I really loved getting to see Katherine's human history and to see a softer and more vulnerable side of her. Nadia was a great addition, even though I wish the writing had allowed Katherine to want to be with her rather than making her chase after Stefan (which seemed rather OOC for her given that she would've put her daughter above everything and did for five hundred years).
I love that Nadia never gave up on Katherine (and was the only person to ever do this). She was feisty and cunning and very intelligent, and she accepted Katherine for who she was, regardless of the choices she made. She just wanted her mother.
It was great to see Katherine being reunited with her family. I wish that she and Nadia had gotten to run off into the sunset together and live their happily ever after. They both deserved it.
PROMPTS:
Please use these for both fic and comics.
• When Nadia tracks Katherine down, Katherine gets to know her for her. (A rewrite of how canon characterised Katherine.)
• Katherine takes Nadia to Bulgaria and where she knows her father is buried.
• Katherine takes Nadia to Bulgaria to the land and possibly the cottage where she grew up.
• During the years she spent trying to track her down, Nadia had moments of interactions with Katherine before they were interrupted.
• Nadia shows Katherine her granddaughter via dream manipulation.
• When Nadia is bitten by a werewolf, Katherine travels to New Orleans with her to get Klaus' blood.
• Nadia dream manipulates Katherine into seeing her childhood because she wants her mother to see that her upbringing had been kind and she had made a good choice to let her go.
KATHERINE/ELENA + KATHERINE & ELENA
KATHERINE/ELENA + KATHERINE & ELENA TL;DR:
What I love about the doppelgängers is the potential they had in season 2. Elena finally gets to learn about where she comes from! Katherine gets to see that her daughter got to live a life and continue on her family line. There's so much history and family between them that we never get to see the complexities of their relationship.
I really like Katherine's power over Elena and the fact that she holds all the cards, but I also appreciate that Elena is capable of being compassionate towards Katherine and her life despite what Katherine's intentions are towards her. Elena's able to disarm Katherine in a way that the Salvatores can't—in season 2, she's a particularly compassionate person who sees people for who they are rather than the caricatures that they try to appear as.
I would prefer not to see anything about Katherine wanting to be Elena. Her speech in the season 4 finale felt so OOC to me. She doesn't want to be Elena, she wants to be herself—and that's who she has always been fighting for since she was 17 years old.
I do prefer human Elena and her season 2 counterpart the most as I found that she was someone who was both compassionate and selfish, and she had a tenacity for survival that was a softer version of Katherine's. I'd prefer her to stay human unless her vampire self is requested.
I've chosen them as a ship and as a gen relationship. Take what you like from the below prompts for the style of relationship you want to delve into.
PROMPTS:
Please use these for both fic and comics.
• Elena doesn't leave Katherine to rot alone in the tomb. She visits her.
— Elena lets her feed off of her.
— Elena asks more questions about her heritage.
— Katherine manipulates Elena's soft heart by telling her the truth of her life.
• Elena helps Katherine track down her lineage—specifically, Nadia.
• When Elena turns into a vampire, it's with Katherine's blood. She's sired to her.
— Does Katherine teach her the ropes? Does she begrudgingly take her under her wing?
— Does Elena track Katherine down and beg her to teach her how to be a vampire?
— What does Katherine know of sire lines?
— Does Katherine tell a sired Elena to go away, which Elena does... to only come back of her own free will?
• When Klaus has Katherine locked in Alaric's apartment, Elena comes to rescue her and get her out.
• When Katherine leaves Mystic Falls, she takes Elena with her. They run from Klaus together.
— Either Katherine willingly takes Elena...
— Or Elena decides that she wants to go with Katherine.
• Elena is thrown back in time and meets Katerina.
• I love Elena's straight hair in comparison to Katherine's wild and thick curls. Elena in her Converse shoes, one-colour shirts, and straight hair is always such a nice contrast against Katherine's chic attire and heels.
KLAUS/KATHERINE
KLAUS/KATHERINE TL;DR:
I know shipping these two is so fucked up, which is why I love it. There's power play, cunning, manipulation, and imbalance. While Klaus is physically the most dominant person in the canonical world because of his age and hybrid species, Katherine's the smartest. She's the only person who can say that she has survived and outwitted the strongest and most fearsome man. Katherine's intelligent while Klaus is physically dominant, and I think that produces a really great and complex relationship.
Klaus did manipulate Katherine and slaughtered her family to punish her, which is something that I don't like to forget. It's something I like to actually recognise and acknowledge since canon refuses to allow Klaus to be painted as the bad guy (since he kind of gets woobified and forgiven for doing things that are much worse than what Katherine has ever done). I definitely want him to be painted with a full brush—he can be charismatic and loyal to his family (even though his loyalty is so fucked up and toxic), but he can also be incredibly cruel and very, very selfish.
I think Katherine is the only person who can meet Klaus tit for tat. While he's definitely frightened and traumatised her, I think Katherine would definitely go toe to toe with him if there was ever an opportunity for her to get the higher ground. Klaus' impatience is his downfall while Katherine's patience is what makes her powerful.
PROMPTS:
Please use these for both fic and comics.
• After Klaus breaks the curse, he takes Katherine away and begins to make his hybrids.
• What if when Klaus makes his hybrids, Katherine can control them as he's made them from doppelgänger blood?
• Before Hope is born, Klaus needs help in convincing the witches to not harm his daughter. Katherine, who theoretically is a Traveller, is the only one who can help him.
• Marcel wants to take Klaus down, so he calls on Katherine for her help.
• Trapped in a prison world together.
• A Little Red Riding Hood retelling based in canon.
• What if Klaus comes to Katherine as a wolf and she slowly realises that it's him?
• Katherine pretends to be Tatia.
• What was their time together like in 1492? How charming was Klaus? How hot and cold was he? Did Katerina catch on to him being less than kind or did she not question it?
STEFAN/ELENA
STEFAN/ELENA TL;DR:
Elena and Stefan were such a good ship on the show and I'll always be disappointed that they didn't get their justice. I always viewed Stefan as someone who respected Elena as a person and especially her agency. While the reason why he chose to get to know her wasn't exactly healthy, I love that, while he sometimes did project Katherine onto Elena, he allowed her to be her own person. She was, in a way, his redemption. And I love how Elena blossomed with Stefan. With him, she didn't have to pretend to be okay. She could be sad, she could be depressed, she could be so angry at the world. He really gave her the space to breathe and be.
Stefan got to be a person with Elena. He got to experience life and love, and he seemed to blossom with her. They never trod on one another and they never disrespected one another. They had such a mature relationship that I wish that the show had honoured their natural chemistry a little more.
I do have a preference for Elena being human.
PROMPTS:
Please use these for both fic and comics.
• One of them has amnesia and the other tries to help them remember who they are.
• Stefan wants to learn how to control his blood cravings. Elena offers for him to feed off of her.
— This could be a slow learning curve for Stefan to control himself.
— Elena comes to trust Stefan as a vampire.
— Blood sex!
• Ripper Stefan and Elena. How does this go? Does he kidnap her to protect her from Klaus? Does he taunt her? Does he try and get her to hate him so she will let him brood and hate himself in peace?
• Writing letters while Stefan is with Klaus in Chicago.
• Elena's thrown back in time to 1865 and meets a younger, newly turned vampire Stefan.
• In the aftermath of Jenna and John's deaths, how does Elena cope with yet two new losses? How does Stefan support her?
• Stefan teaches Elena how to fight.
• Elena and Stefan in college.
• They leave Mystic Falls to try and live a normal life. How does that go?
• They talk about immortality and mortality.
KLAUS/ELENA
KLAUS/ELENA TL;DR:
I know this relationship is all kinds of fucked up, which is why I like it a lot. Klaus is definitely the big powerhouse physically between them, but I think that Elena gives as good as she gets and can emotionally manipulate Klaus as she is quite compassionate (in the early seasons, at least).
What I love about them is how fucked up it is. He tried to kill her—and successfully did so—and took her family away from her by murdering Jenna. He wanted to kill her best friend, uproot her entire life in Mystic Falls, and use her as a blood bag. How I read Elena's character at times is that she is a martyr, as established in the show, but she's also someone who has suicidal tendencies. Why else would she try and go toe to toe with powerful vampires when she's a human who could be snapped in half like a twig in just a few seconds? Elena likes the rush, the adrenaline, the danger.
What I'd love to see if them having to work together, even growing dangerously codependent on each other. He needs her to create hybrids and Elena needs him to punish herself for surviving her parents' fatal car crash.
I'd like to opt out of this being a genuine reciprocal of romantic feelings. I don't believe Klaus is capable of loving anyone outside of himself, and his love is toxic and dangerous and shows itself in the form of possessiveness with his family. I don't believe Elena would ever genuinely love Klaus, but I'm happy for Stockholm Syndrome to be explored.
I do have a preference for Elena being human and their dynamic in seasons 1-3.
PROMPTS:
Please use these for both fic and comics.
• Klaus kidnaps Elena. This can be set in early season 1, early season 2, or after he kills her.
— Does he "kidnap" her by one day asking if she'd ever leave Mystic Falls, and then taking that upon himself as her consent for him to 'nap her a few weeks later?
— Does he kidnap her so that he can use her blood to create hybrids?
— Does he kidnap her because he wants to bury her in the Lafayette Cemetery in New Orleans to ensure no vampire can dig her up?
— Does he kidnap her just because he's a dick?
• Elena's thrown back in time and meets a younger Niklaus. This can be in the Viking era or the 1400s. (This can have some genuine romantic feelings, although I do want Elena to remember who he is and to be apprehensive about reciprocating.)
• When Klaus creates his hybrids, Elena can control them.
• Little Red Riding Hood retelling based in canon.
— Elena goes into the woods to write in her diary (because why not?) and Klaus comes to her as a wolf. She slowly begins to realise this protector of hers is the very man who was set on destroying her.
• I'm all good with Wolf!Klaus and Elena—smut, no smut, I don't care.
KAI/BONNIE
KAI/BONNIE TL;DR:
Even though Kai stabbed her a few times and was a massive dick, I love the chemistry between Bonnie and Kai. They have really great banter. I genuinely think Kai has a crush on Bonnie, but because he's Kai and he didn't exactly grow up in a healthy household, he thinks the equivalent to liking her is pulling on her pigtails. I love their bickering and how he gets under her skin. She has nice palms! I feel like there was a lot of potential between them—Bonnie could've learned more about magic and Kai could've learned a lot more about control and love. Bonnie could handle Kai's quips and immaturity, and I do feel like Kai wanted to impress Bonnie when he wasn't trying to outmanoeuvre her and Damon.
I think Kai is someone who was dealt an unfortunate hand in life. His family didn't care for him outside of his powers. All he ever wanted was to feel like he belonged and was accepted, but instead of treated as an outcast and a disgrace. I think Kai is a complex character, and I appreciate that he uses humour and sarcasm to deflect his feelings and to relate to people. I really find his sociopathic tendencies interesting and would love to delve deeper into that considering he does have a capacity for learning how to express human emotion… kind of.
Bonnie is a queen and someone who I think the show just did not respect at all. I love her for her loyalty, her confidence, her tenacity and refusal to ever give up. She has such a big heart and such a big brain, too. She's the fixer of the show, and I really want her to step outside of the role of being the bandaid and the repairer and have her experience being the centre of attention and being wanted and chased. She deserves so much respect.
PROMPTS:
Please use these for both fic and comics.
• They don't escape the 1994 prison world.
• Kai realises he likes Bonnie, so he tries to woo her. Every attempt goes disastrously wrong because he's Kai.
• Kai insists that he can change, so he does his best to try and be good. Perhaps he keeps a tally akin to The Good Place tally board.
• They practice magic. Despite not being able to generate his own magic, Kai has a lot of knowledge on spells. Kai teaches Bonnie.
• Kai wants to learn how to control his siphoning so Bonnie offers to help.
• One of them is thrown into the future where it's revealed that they're married and has to interact with this alternate version of the other.
• Kai tries to apologise to Bonnie for shooting her with a crossbow. His attempts to apologise go utterly wrong.
• Bonnie's with another guy. Kai, wanting to show that he is absolutely cool with it, is not cool with it.
• Kai tries to go to college. Bonnie has a migraine from Kai going to college.
• And they were roommates.
• Kai with pork rinds.
• Kai tries to resurrect Bonnie's father.
• Bonnie with her naturally curly hair.
KOL/DAVINA
KOL/DAVINA TL;DR:
I love Kol and Davina as they really do suit each other quite well. She calms him and gives him stability and love, something I don't think Kol has experienced in a long, long time. She accepts him when he's so used to being rejected. And Kol accepts Davina for who she is and sees her as a woman and not a witchy tool he can use for his own benefit.
I love that they stand up for each other, that they're so passionate, and that they calm each other, too. My favourite storyline was Davina resurrecting Kol and refusing to give up on him. She loves him with her whole being and Kol understands that—and is shaken by it, too.
I love the dynamic of this powerful immortal being in love with a powerful mortal. I love that Kol is this unpredictable and dangerous Original Vampire who is tamed beneath the hand of Davina. I love that he taught her how to love magic and she taught him how to love himself.
I do have a preference for Nate's Kol physically.
PROMPTS:
Please use these for both fic and comics.
• What happens after they leave New Orleans?
• How does Kol propose? Do they have a big wedding? Do they elope? Do they tell anyone?
• How does their conversation about having kids go? Do they avoid it? Do they skirt around it? Joke about it?
• How does their conversation about immortality and mortality go? Do they avoid it? Do they skirt around it? Joke about it?
• Davina and Kol work together to make him a witch/vampire hybrid as he misses being a witch.
• Kol looks into trying to become mortal for Davina. Davina had believed he would want her to be immortal instead.
• How does their first time together go?
• Davina helps Kol learn how to control his blood lust and lets him feed off of her.
• A vampire hunter comes after Kol.

CANON TL;DR:
I'm not a comic book reader (yet); however, please feel free to add in any comic book influences! I do enjoy: Infinity War, Civil War, The Winter Soldier, TFATWS, Homecoming, Far From Home, Black Widow, and WandaVision. (TFATWS and WandaVision have their own sections in my requests.)
What I like about the MCU movies is the teamwork and characters. I'm not the biggest fan of the big ensemble films. What I loved about Infinity War was how the situation grew more and more intense and everyone had to band together to work together to try and save the world.
I enjoyed the individual movie entries a lot because the storylines felt a lot tighter and simpler. I liked that you saw a character grow, whereas I feel like the ensemble movies justifiably don't have that room to allow characters to develop greatly.
Characters I love and wouldn't mind seeing involved in the story (only if including them fits): Yelena, Steve, Sam, Scott, Tony, Happy, Aunt May, Ned, Vulture, Tommy, Billy, Monica, and Jimmy.
Ships I'd love to see as background (only if including them fits): Happy/May, Yelena & Natasha, Sarah & Sam, Scott & Cassie, Ned & Peter, Tony & Peter, Steve & Bucky, Steve & Natasha, Sam & Bucky, Sam & Natasha.
BUCKY/NATASHA
BUCKY/NATASHA TL;DR:
There were so many missed opportunities between Natasha and Bucky.
I particularly love their Red Room connection and history in the comics and am more than happy to have that exist in anything you create!
I love that Natasha has someone who she can love and call home and who gets that she's someone who doesn't open up easily. I feel like Natasha is someone who could give Bucky the space to learn who he is and not push him into being someone else—or someone else again. They can trauma bond, but I feel like, most importantly, they just Get one another.
They understand one another. They know what it's like to be used as objects and as instruments of destruction and mayhem. Natasha would understand what it's like not to know yourself, and I think Bucky would understand more than anything what it's like to feel like you have so much red on your hands you can't wash it off.
I think that they'd have great banter together. Natasha's dry wit with Bucky's fun ribbing would be a great fit. I think she'd make him blush a lot, but he'd definitely make her blush with his well-intentioned compliments and even his own gentle jesting.
Please feel free to add in any comic book history and influences. I'd love it if Natasha calls Bucky "James" and Bucky calls her "Natalia" (only if it suits the story!). Please feel free to dig into their respective PTSD if you so wish!
PROMPTS:
Please use these for both fic and comics.
• Their time in the Red Room.
• Undercover as a married couple.
• Natasha comes to Louisiana and joins Sam in his attempts to try and get Bucky on the dating scene. She's all gung-ho for it until she realises that she doesn't like the idea of him being romantically involved with anyone.
• One of them is suffering from forced amnesia and forgets the other.
• Natasha cuts Bucky's hair.
• Natasha appreciates Bucky's metal arm.
• Bucky helps Natasha break some of the Widow networks.
• Natasha wants to track down Yelena. Bucky helps her. Road trip!
• Natasha comes back from the dead.
— Bucky brings her back with the Soul Stone or one of the other stones—your pick.
— Natasha makes a deal with the Soul Stone and resurrects herself. At what cost?
• Bucky braids her hair.
• Rebecca meets Natasha. Did Bucky talk a lot about her? Does she grill her?
• Bucky meets Alexei, Melina and Yelena. How disastrously does this go?
• Aesthetically—and shallowly—I like Bucky with his short hair (and in his dumb blue shirt) and Natasha with her Black Widow hair. I loved that it was long and a vibrant red. (I also love the significance of the braids—her braids became more pronounced as she became more in touch and comfortable with her family.)
PIETRO/WANDA
PIETRO/WANDA TL;DR:
Although I've requested them under WandaVision, this is specifically for the Pietro we met in AOU.
Wanda and Pietro are such an interesting dynamic that I wish were explored more in the MCU. I love the overprotective older brother and the spitfire and overprotective younger sister. I love that they are each other's person. I love that you can't have one without the other—and that when you do, the entire world is unbalanced because of it.
I'm happy for Pietro to have been brought back from his death or be a figment of Wanda's imagination. I'm happy for him to still have died and come back in some way—or for any fic to exist before his ridiculous death in AOU. I wish we got more of these two—they're each other's person, Wanda joined Hydra because of Pietro, and no one can convince me that Wanda didn't give Pietro his powers.
PROMPTS:
Please use these for both fic and comics.
• Pietro haunts Wanda.
— In her dreams.
— As a ghost.
— As her guilt.
• Their life in Sokovia before the Avengers come into town. What was it like?
• Their time during HYDRA.
• First time having sex.
• Wanda doesn't like that Pietro is always so overprotective and smothering. She doesn't understand why when he gives Gertie dresses. Despite being a telepath, she can't read his thoughts when it comes to her.
• Pietro steals Wanda a dress.
• Wanda steals Pietro something. Does she get caught? Does she get injured?
• One of them is injured, so the other looks after them.
PETER/MICHELLE
PETER/MICHELLE TL;DR:
I love these two so much. I like that Michelle watches Peter and observes his characteristics and knows when he's not okay. I feel like that's such a great attribute for her because Peter shields himself from even himself. Having someone call him out for hiding would challenge him to grow and become more confident in his skin.
I love how Peter gives Michelle the kindness that she seems to lack in her home life. I like the canon idea of the deleted scenes where her parents aren't as close to her and she's often left by herself. Peter and May welcoming her in open arms would be such a nice and healthy change for Michelle, and I feel like Peter being accepting of her and not judging her for her home life would be so powerful for her.
I like that they banter, that they are so shy and tentative with one another. They make a great team. Michelle wouldn't only encourage him to be Spider-Man and to remember that he is a good person with good intentions, but she'd remind Peter that he's more than Spider-Man. Just like Peter would remind Michelle that she's more than she thinks she is.
I think Far From Home had a better idea of who Michelle was. She had more depth and a little more to her other than quirky cool girl with books like she was portrayed in Homecoming.
I'm happy if you want to call her MJ Watson.
PROMPTS:
Please use these for both fic and comics.
• When MJ and Peter return from their school trip, what happens when May and Peter take MJ home because her mother didn't show up?
• What happens right after the showdown with Mysterio? Does MJ take care of a beaten up Peter?
• In college. How does Peter go about being Peter Parker and Spider-Man while on a college campus? How does MJ cope?
• If you want to bring in Gwen Stacy for some tension and jealousy, go for it!
• When Peter's sick—or thrown into space for some mission—MJ dons the Spider-Woman suit Peter had created for her for Halloween. How does Peter react to her trying to pick up his mantel?
• One of them is thrown into the future where it's revealed that they're married with kids. What do they do when they're stuck in their future body?
• Peter struggles in the aftermath of Thanos (he never did get to process battling the Mad Titan) and Stark's death. MJ helps him.
• MJ wants to get a job at the Daily Bugle, so Spider-Man helps her with a series of exclusive interviews.
• MJ reports on Spider-Man's happenings.

CANON TL;DR:
I love this damn show. It was such a wild ride to watch every week and I absolutely loved theorising things based on what was seen and what was teased. I loved the exploration of Wanda's grief and how powerful that story was. We got to see a woman be strong and vulnerable and in pain and self-efficient and selfish. I absolutely loved getting to know Wanda outside of the MCU movies as I felt she was suffocated inside of those stories.
I loved the creativity of this show, how television was used as a coping mechanism and explored as an escape for those who may watch it. I loved seeing the way Wanda didn't cope at all with loss. She's someone who has been plagued by death for so long, yet she still hasn't quite been gifted the tools she needs to be able to deal with her trauma and grief in a healthy manner.
And now I finally ship Wanda/Vision! I never thought this was bloody possible! Wanda Maximoff is the strongest Avenger and I will not be taking questions at this time. We got our Scarlet Witch!
Characters I love and wouldn't mind seeing involved in the story (only if including them fits): Monica, Jimmy, Westview residents, and Witch coven.
AGATHA & NONE
AGATHA TL;DR:
IT WAS AGATHA ALL ALONG! This is literally my ringtone and I still bop to it months later. No shame.
I absolutely love Agatha. I think she is such a rich character who is neither a villain nor a hero. She's someone who was working towards her own selfish gain and I absolutely loved that she had good motivations that weren't the usual cookie cutter MCU villain. While she kind of turned into a bit of the typical campy MCU villain at the end, I really love how Agatha was always so smart and cunning and really, really played her role as the friendly neighbour.
I love her wit, her timing, her mannerisms and quips. I love how she doesn't allow herself to be vulnerable, but when it comes to Wanda, she seems to let herself crack just a little. I'd love a character exploration of her that dig into her motivations and who she could possibly be as a woman and a witch.
PROMPTS:
Please use these for both fic and comics.
• Pre-canon: Who is Agatha? Does she have a husband named Ralph? Does she have a son (cough Nicholas Scratch)? How does she feel about her coven? How does she feel about her mother? How does Agatha navigate the world after the Salem witch trials?
• Pre-canon: Agatha during the Salem witch trials.
• How did Agatha find out about the Hex?
• What has Agatha been doing since the Salem witch trials and before the Westview Hex?
• How does Agatha cope in the aftermath of Westview?
• Any era: What's happening behind the scenes? What's Agatha doing? Did we miss out on scenes of her bonding with Wanda? I'd love to see the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, or 1990s fleshed out a little more than what canon offered.
• What's the deal with Senior Scratchy?
• How did she learn Dark Magic? Did she experience any corruption?
• I love Agatha in her purples with her messy hair. (Inspiration.)
WANDA & NONE
WANDA TL;DR:
I love Wanda and I absolutely love the development she got in WandaVision. We finally got to see Wanda the human woman who isn't just a prop in a male-dominated ensemble film. We got to celebrate her strengths and vulnerabilities and complexities.
I really loved seeing how she was not coping with her grief at all and was instead hiding away inside of it. I love how she hasn't learned how to grieve. She's lost so many people and yet she pushes herself onward in possibly the most unhealthy of ways. She carries her family with her, her failure in saving Sokovia, her failure in saving half the population from losing years of their lives… There's vulnerability and strength in her suffering, and I love that every time Wanda gets knocked down, she gets back up.
All she wants is her happily ever after. She just wants to belong.
PROMPTS:
Please use these for both fic and comics.
• What was it like for her to be gone for five years?
• Wanda visiting Pietro's grave in Sokovia.
• Wanda spending time with her family in Westview. What does this look like when the cameras aren't rolling?
• How does she cope with moving to the States and living under the roof of the man who was responsible for her family's death and the destruction of her home? (I'm okay with criticising Tony since he doesn't seem to even acknowledge this in the movies.)
• Wanda and nightmares.
• How does Wanda feel when she realises that Vision is the only one she can talk to because he wants to listen?
• How does she deal with her destiny as the Scarlet Witch? Does she believe in it? Does she think it's crap?
• Wanda's mother was a witch. Did Iryna teach her any spells without her understanding that's what the games were?
• Wanda looks I love:
— I know he's here.
— OG Scarlet Witch outfit (this is my favourite look in the entire series).
— Literally the cutest Scarlet Witch.
WANDA/AGATHA
WANDA/AGATHA TL;DR:
Could the MCU get more badass witches? I love Agatha and Wanda. I love how they are so similar yet so different. I love their budding friendship, even though Agatha was manipulating Wanda so she could get closer to her. I feel like Agnes was the first friend Wanda had in a long time, and I imagine the devastation of knowing she was just using her would've only added to the compounding grief Wanda was experiencing.
I love Agatha's wit and her dragging Wanda. I love how she's so unapologetically herself. She knows who she is and she looks down on Wanda for not knowing who the is from a slice of bread. She's jealous, yet she still manages to hold herself higher and arrogantly. I love that Agatha owns her shit and every choice she makes, although I do love it when she's vulnerable.
I think Wanda has finally found someone who understands her. Agatha understands what it's like to be an outside, even though she had a coven at her back and accepting her. She knows what it's like to be someone she doesn't know how to be. Wanda seemed to grow confident in Agatha's presence and enjoyed her friendship, and even lowered some walls in allowing someone to get to know her. She trusted Agatha with her children, something I think speaks a lot of how Wanda saw Agatha since her children were so sacred to her.
I'm happy with power imbalance and power play being explored between the two. Wanda mind controlling Agatha. The two of them working together, working out of sync. I think there's some great avenues to explore with them—dark ideas and even light ones.
I really hope the MCU goes the route where Agatha mentors Wanda.
PROMPTS:
Please use these for both fic and comics.
• Missing scenes between them during Westview. What happened with all those deleted scenes? Did Agnes come over more frequently? How did Agnes react to Wanda's pregnancy?
• What if Agatha kept spelling Vision to be stuck at work so she could spend more time with Wanda?
• After the events of Westview, Wanda comes back to see Agnes the Friendly Neighbour.
• Does Agatha hold Wanda in contempt for spelling her to be Agnes once the Hex has been taken down?
• Agatha mentors Wanda.
• Wanda feels lonely, so she visits Agatha.
• Wanda needs a Familiar. Agatha helps her create the perfect one. (Perhaps a red-flamed coloured cat? A silver looking one very much like Pietro's colours? A super speed cat?)
PIETRO/WANDA
PIETRO/WANDA TL;DR:
Although I've requested them under MCU, I've added in prompts for Fietro as he's technically a Pietro from this canon that's applicable.

I wish we got more of these two—they're each other's person, Wanda joined Hydra because of Pietro, and no one can convince me that Wanda didn't give Pietro his powers. I'm also happy if this is Fietro from WandaVision.
PROMPTS:
Please use these for both fic and comics.
• Fietro turns out to be her Pietro, but with some of his memories missing. How does Wanda cope with this news?
• Does Wanda try and confront Pietro after she blasts him at the Halloween festivities?
• How does Wanda deal with Pietro arriving at her doorstep?
• Missing scenes we didn't get to see. What's on the cutting room floor? Did Fietro say anything else that raised a big question mark? (I absolutely loved him in 1x06 and his vibe.)
• Wanda tries to bring her Pietro back using Fietro.
• If you want to make Fietro Peter from XMU like we all thought he was, please go for it!
• Pietro and Wanda in their Halloween costumes. (I'm obsessed.)
• Pietro haunts Wanda.
— In her dreams.
— As a ghost.
— As her guilt.
• Their life in Sokovia before the Avengers come into town. What was it like?
• Their time during HYDRA.

• Pietro steals Wanda a dress.
• Wanda steals Pietro something. Does she get caught? Does she get injured?
• One of them is injured, so the other looks after them.
WANDA/VISION
WANDA/VISION TL;DR:
"What is grief if not love persevering?" is the reason why I began to really take Wanda and Vision seriously as a couple. Vision, who has no capability of understanding human emotion, tries too hard to understand it with and for Wanda…
WandaVision really captured why they work while the films failed to do that. She gets to be herself with him. She can be angry and mad and sad and depressed and lonely and Vision will give her the space to be that. He never hounds her to be someone else. Never expects her to be someone she's not. And Wanda has patience for Vision that I feel others don't have. She lets him learn, lets him grow, and despite sometimes snapping, she understands he's coming from a complicated place of not having the experiences she does and yet still has such a good heart.
PROMPTS:
Please use these for both fic and comics.
• Missing scenes during their time in Westview. What happened during all that deleted footage? How many times did Wanda manipulate Vision into forgetting?
• Every time Wanda manipulated Vision into forgetting, did he begin to realise something was wrong? Did he ever try to fight her rewrites?
• Vision haunts Wanda in the aftermath of the Hex being brought down.
• What if Wanda created a new Hex—a smaller one in size—so she could bring Vision back to her?
• Vision writes her letters from the dimension he's in.
• Vision and Wanda during their Civil War era. How did their romance blossom? How did their friendship grow?

CANON TL;DR:
I enjoyed seeing Bucky become himself again, even though he has a long way to go in his journey. This show made me like Bucky. He had a great personality and a great arc, even though I feel like they didn't treat his trauma in a way that was healthy. (He never should've been pressured to make amends when he was only causing more hurt and not accomplishing any closure whatsoever.)
The Flag Smashers was a flimsy plot, but I did enjoy seeing Bucky go up against Super Soldiers. What I loved most was Walker (even though fandom seems to hate him) and how he was the total opposite of who Bucky was. If anything, he seemed similar to Steve for me—he wanted to do right, he wanted to bring justice for his country, and he tried to do good, even though he was misled.
Sarah was a great addition to Sam's life and I enjoyed that she brought some humanity and mundane life to the show amongst two big heroes. Her situation and issues were so human, and I wish we got to see more of her and her struggles in the aftermath of the Blip.
Characters I love and wouldn't mind seeing involved in the story (only if including them fits): Sam, Cass, AJ, Delacroix residents, Valentina Allegra De Fontaine, and Walker.
Ships I'd love to see as background (only if including them fits): Sam & Sarah, Sarah & Cass & AJ, Bucky & Sam, Bucky & AJ & Cass.
BUCKY/SARAH
BUCKY/SARAH TL;DR:
They had like two minutes of screen time together but I love that Bucky flirts and smiles with Sarah and Sarah not only appreciates the baby blues but blushes. Give this hard-working woman some goddamn love! She seems so independent and someone who wouldn't need Bucky to save her.
She seems accepting of who he is as I imagine Sam would tell her just who is hanging out with her kids. Sarah seems like someone who would give Bucky a chance and encourage him to stop being so hard on himself. And Bucky seems like the type who would definitely help her around the house (even when she doesn't ask and thinks to take it upon herself to do Every Damn Thing). He'd fit in with her life easily. I always viewed Bucky as the type to want to stay at home, be with his family and protect them rather than go out and protect the world.
PROMPTS:

• Sarah comforting Bucky after a nightmare.
• Bucky comforting Sarah over her own stresses of being a single mom and supporting Sam.
• Bucky supporting Sarah with her own PTSD of being alive and un-dusted for five years.
• Bucky gets dirty.
• The heat goes out and it's actually cold in Louisiana.
• Bucky goes out on a date and Sarah doesn't like it. He also doesn't have a good time.
• Sarah goes out on a date and Bucky's totally fine with that. Totally Fine. (He's not fine at all.)
• Sarah gets pulled into an undercover mission with Bucky.
• Please, please, please put Sarah in yellow and orange and Bucky in green-blue and blue. She looks so fine in yellow!

I chose original work for this exchange as a lot of the tags were so interesting and had great dynamics (and I hope it's a very easy safety fandom).
I like well-rounded characters—or characters that don't feel entirely one dimensional—and enjoy characters/ situations that have some realism to it. Internal conflict, character conflict, and even political conflict that characters react to is great by me. Characters who banter and who have a great dialogue are always a bonus. I enjoy characters who make decisions and then have difficulty with the consequences/ that choice, and characters even having moments where there's miscommunication between them.
I don't need an overly big plot to drive the story. A character action resulting in consequences is enough!

WITCHES
— A Witch & Her Familiar (F & Other)
• The familiar is a cat.
— Personality like Salem—very obnoxious, cute, and walks to the beat of its own drum.
— The familiar is trying to protect its witch.
— The familiar tries to do a spell to save its witch.
— The witch and her familiar is working through a spell book.
— Dressing up for Halloween as a witch. A little on the nose, but they think it's a lot of fun!

• The Witch Hunter's group of hunters has captured the Witch's coven except for the Witch. The Witch Hunter tries to track her down. Does he like her? Does he know her from their village?
• The Witch taunts the Witch Hunter. She outsmarts him at every turn.
