I haven't been active in Marvel/Cap fandom in years, but I remember mostly liking the Black Widow Marvel NOW! run which (I thiiink) was from 2014-2015. At the time, Black Widow: The Name of the Rose was recced to me as the ultimate Natasha comic since it was responsible for the best quote:
There are wolves in the night. The soldiers would say that, when I was a girl… There are wolves, they would say. And there are stories about wolves and girls. Girls in red. All alone in the woods. About to get eaten up. Wolves and girls. Both have sharp teeth.
For Bucky comics: I think outside of Brubaker's TWS, I only really liked Captain America: White, but that was because I was really interested in a younger Bucky during war time. Also, that run was super sad. Bucky Barnes: The Winter Soldier was also kind of interesting since it sent Bucky to space lol
For Wanda and Elektra: I only ever read The Scarlet Witch's 2015-2017 run which had the most striking art (I don't remember if I liked it, but I want to say I did lol) and Elektra's 2014-2015 (kind of really messy).
