I'm buries and finnicks.

I've written this letter to give you tl;dr level of detail regarding my likes, dislikes, and prompts. I've included prompts to help you have an idea of what I like, but please take what you like from this and don't feel like you have to take my prompts at face value. As long as it doesn't hit a DNW, I'm going to enjoy it!

If you find one section smaller than the others, please don't think I want it any less! Sometimes, I have a lot to say, and other times I (thankfully) say it concisely. Some of the sections have been built over time (particularly with prompts).

My prompts are in no particular order and the canons have been categorised via their mediums and alphabetised. I have opted into every additional tag (fanart and fanfic) and have provided prompts for both.

GENERAL NOTES

I like works of all ratings—Gen to Explicit. (Explicit doesn't need to be for explicit smut.)

I love drabbles (100, 200, 300 words) and drabble series. If they work within the guidelines of the exchange, go for it.

I'm open to any length of work—just a little over the minimum to three times over the minimum. Write the length that best suits the story you want to tell. In terms of art, if you wish to create an extra couple of panels that are above the minimum requirement, please feel free to!

Have fun with the POV! I'd love to receive second or third person for fic. I have a preference for third person limited. I'm not a big fan of first person outside of epistolary sections (unless it's Joe Goldberg).

I always include prompts in my AO3 sign up so you get an idea of what concepts I'm interested in receiving. Please don't feel beholden to this. A note on dubcon and noncon: I'm fine with receiving either. For noncon, I'd like to avoid violent rape wherein violent such as slapping, hitting, etc. is used to overpower someone. I prefer dubcon and noncon to have an emotional manipulation element to it.

Aggressive sex followed by aftercare.

Anal penetration as an act of dominance.

Blackmail into sex. Agree to have sex to protect another character. Agree to have sex to prove obedience. Huddling for warmth turns into dubious consensual sex.

GENERAL DISLIKES

First person POV unless it's requested Joe Goldberg or epistolary. I'd like to avoid receiving it as the primary narrative POV.

Animal abuse or cruelty. I'd prefer this to be excluded even if it's a canonical event.

AUs such as:

• Unrequested setting changes such as space, regency, and medieval that aren't created from time travelling. If the new setting is treated as always being the canon setting, I'd like to opt-out of it.


• Unrequested changing a character's species.


• Mundane aus such as coffee shop (or any shop), everyone's in high school, everyone is a musician, superpowered characters were never given their superpowers and thus don't exist in a superpower canon.


• Different first-meets.


• Any unrequested AUs. I like my AUs to exist in the canon as we know it.

Character bashing wherein the focus on a particular character is only extremely negative, i.e. they're consistently put down for the sake of advancing the requested relationship with it made very clear that they have no redeeming qualities whatsoever. I'm happy for character studies on these characters and for negative traits and decisions to be mentioned/discussed and those be the reasons why a relationship breakdown happens (some people do make shitty decisions, after all!), but I'd prefer that they be nuanced and fair and not be passionate putdowns. (For instance, if X lies to Requested Character and Requested Character feels they can never trust them again, that's fine!)

Deathfic where a requested character dies and it's an unhappy ending. I'm okay with secondary characters dying. I'm okay with a requested character who has died being dead and exploring death as long as they are not killed and have an unhappy ending in the fic. (Exploring purgatory/what comes after death is fine.) I'm okay with canonically dead characters being dead as long as the fic isn't killing them.

Extreme underage. I prefer anything that features someone 16 years and older.

References to terminal illnesses and COVID unless it's a part of the canon.

Unrequested genderswaps and sexuality headcanons.

Unrequested ships being the main focus. Acknowledgement of canon ships or past ships is fine. Background ships is A-OK. If the ship isn't one of my requested ships or a canon ship, please don't include it.

Violent rape. I'd prefer to avoid receiving anything noncon where the victim is slapped, hit, thrown violently around, etc. Manhandling is fine.

KAZ/INEJ

TL;DR:

I really, really love Kaz pining for Inej. I love his POV chapters so much because Inej is always on his brain—and why wouldn't she be? She's amazing! I love how he pushes her away and how he tries to put distance between them because Kaz can't do intimacy in any form that it comes in. But I love that he's ride or die and such a simp for her and will do absolutely anything for her.

AND HE WANTS TO TOUCH HER. UGH. WHAT A LOSER.

What I love about Inej is not only is she a WOC, she's given personality, a character arc, her own issues, and she's beloved by a canonical white man. (As a WOC, it's so great to see someone who looks like me be represented in such a fantastic and fully fleshed way and to be seen as a love interest rather than a mere caricature.) I love seeing Inej's strengths and her vulnerabilities, and I love, love, love how she refuses to compromise on what she wants, even if it means losing Kaz.

They work together so well. Not only are they professionally so well-tuned, I think Inej understands that Kaz has a phobia of touching and she never forces the issue. She never tries to find out his secrets. She leaves sit alone and lets him come to her in his own time. There's a level of respect between them that I love, even if Kaz can sometimes be an asshole. Inej understands Kaz on such an intimate level, even without knowing his full story. I love that Inej is his right-hand woman and that he tells her things that he doesn't share with anyone else. Their level of trust with one another is superb and so fantastic, and they're definitely what OTPs are made of.

The one thing I wish the book did was to allow Inej to exist with her trauma. She's such a compelling young woman and I'd have loved to have read more about her as a survivor than to have Inej only ever really brush her trauma aside and help Kaz navigate through his.

TL;DR:

They're polar opposites to me, which is what attracts me to them the most. I love the potential for bickering, the potential for Sirius to act like a young man pranking her, and the potential for Hermione to be seen by someone who may appreciate her tenacity and her strong intense need to always learn and almost be right.

I also really like the age gap.

DRACO/HERMIONE

DRACO/HERMIONE TL;DR:

ENEMIES TO LOVERS TROPE. Draco is a shithead and he's absolutely horrible to Hermione, and what I really wish we got to see in canon was Draco realising that maybe he was a real shithead to people who didn't deserve it. His character growth is fantastic—he learns that being his father's son isn't all its cracked up to be—and learns that he doesn't like being a pawn very much. I think he's a fascinating character, especially given how he was stuck between a rock and a hard place, and how he changed and showed vulnerability as he grew older.

Hermione is definitely the one person who can put Draco in his place without it seeming like she has to be his hall monitor. She knows who she is (despite her insecurities) and she knows who she is not. I love that she is unafraid to stand up to a Malfoy and that she is so intellectually smarter and emotionally more mature than him. She's definitely a great match for Draco simply because he would have to work to earn her trust, her respect, and she wouldn't allow him to cut any corners.

ZUKO/AZULA

TL;DR:

Fire Nation royals, hello! I love how these two are so starkly different yet so similar at the same time. Azula is arrogant and confident in Zuko's insecure humility. She's the fire that had been stoked and nourished while Zuko's the fire that had been left to dwindle and putter out.

It's clear that all Zuko ever really wanted was Azula's approval and love… and Azula wanted the same. I think Zuko's empathy is something Azula never factors into her plans and lets it always take her by surprise because she's only ever been seen as a weapon by Ozai.

I love Zuko's Book 3 arc in particular. I love how he grew to become this confident young man who still has his insecurities and struggles with his place in the world, but he seems to be in a better place to combat that than in Book 1.

I love Azula for being a powerful woman who isn't afraid to fight the fight, tell powerful men where to go, and showcase her confidence. She doesn't wilt by any means. I do wish that the show and graphic novels went into more detail about her mental illness (and that the graphic novels treated it a lot better). I'm all for her mental illness being a focal point in any gifts as long as it's treated respectfully and isn't angled as the reason why Azula is the way she is. (She is the way she is because of her upbringing.)

TL;DR:

I really love how Zuko and Katara came to really understand one another. They're so similar despite their obvious differences. They both internalise their pain. They both feel as though they're the ones at fault for the pain that they feel. They're the siblings who take on the role of protector of their other siblings, no matter if they're the oldest or youngest.

I love that Zuko and Katara grew to trust one another and open up to one another. I think that it's a testament to how far Zuko has come as a person for Katara to openly trust him with the secret of her mother and for her to allow him to do what he does best and hunt down her mother's killer. Both of them have shown their vulnerabilities and weaknesses to one another, and they both encourage the other to be strong and to see strength in perceived weakness.

TL;DR:

Oh, I love these two. I love their potential. Toph is the only person to ever really call Zuko out. She sees him unlike anyone else does. She's so brutal in her honesty and so kind in her love that I feel like Zuko and Toph would be a great pairing because she isn't afraid to hurt his feelings and he isn't afraid to really expose them to her.

I think that Zuko is someone who allows Toph to grow up and mature. She's the only one who didn't have a life-changing trip with him—and I think Toph's disappointment comes from the fact that Zuko is so worldly and travelled while she's so grounded and stuck in the Earth Kingdom. He's an adventure to her. For him, I think Toph is a mirror. She sees the ugliness inside of him but also the beauty.

HOMELANDER/STARLIGHT

TL;DR:

What attracts me to these two is the power imbalance and how that can shift between them depending on the field they're playing on. Homelander obviously has the physical power—he's a pseudo god with his powers and even his arrogance—but Annie has emotional maturity and power that he severely lacks. After all, she knows who she is even outside of the suit. I find it poignant that we never see Homelander in anything over than his suit (or naked).

I really liked #Homelight in season 3 and wish we got to see more of them fake dating. Annie was in a precarious position with the knowledge that Homelander was going off the rails with his arrogance and paranoia, and I really wanted to see her go toe to toe with him with Edgar Stan's backing. I feel like she can definitely throw him off kilter (she did with that kiss—it proved she can meet him tit for tat) and I wish we got to see Annie grow more confident as a leader of the Seven.

Homelander being knocked down a few pegs by women (especially) pleases me greatly. He has an incredible lack of belonging that really makes how he tries to communicate with people so fucked up. I'd have loved to have seen Homelander try and play the power card over Annie (like he did threatening Hughie and Super Sonic) but I wish we got to see him try and play on her field of attempting to be a human.

The power imbalance and the power fighting are fantastic with these two.

I'm happy to receive anything dark or even light with them.

HOMELANDER/MAEVE

TL;DR:

I love these two because of how the power sits with them both. Maeve is apparently the second strongest Supe in the Seven and yet we never get to see her in action much. I enjoyed what we got to see of Homelander and Maeve—he's intimidating because of his attitude and arrogance and possessiveness, not his powers, and Maeve is intimidating to him for what she represents to him: a future.

Although their relationship is so fucked, I really enjoy it. I personally believe Homelander does love Maeve—perhaps an idea of her or even truly her. I would be up for anything that's set pre-show or even an au of the show. I wish we got to see her step into the co-leader role. I wish we got to see more of Homelander heeling at her feet… and even see his jealousy. He cared for her, even if it was in a completely fucked up way.

I'd love to see Maeve at the peak of her powers. I feel like she was significantly nerfed—she's a trained fighter, more than he is, and I feel like she gets the short end of the stick a lot. Let her kick his ass. Let him be afraid. Let him even enjoy it.

I love these two! I love how Frenchie always believes in Kimiko and sees her for the person she is. I love that Kimiko feels like herself with him. The fact that she shares things with him—her sign language, her life, her feelings and her wishes—is so sweet. I love that Frenchie tries to learn to sign for her and is so patient with her and that he never, ever shames her for her trauma. I also love that Kimiko accepts Frenchie for the flawed person he is. Yes, he's the funny one in the group, but he's also deeply flawed and traumatised, and I appreciate how Kimiko appreciates his twig arms and gives him space.

I fell hard and fast for these two. I love their physical chemistry and the way that they easily play off of one another. I love the idea of Yelena being this cool girl who walks into Kate's life and disrupts it and Kate absolutely loves it. Kate seems to be the type who would find Yelena fascinating and see the good, human bits in her, who wouldn't look at her and see a killer or a girl worth pitying. I think she would want to strive to be like Yelena—strong, impenetrable—and do everything she can to impress her.

I love the idea of Yelena learning all she can about Kate to try and intimidate her, but she ends up liking her for the person that she is. Yelena got to be fun and quirky and sarcastic with Kate in a way that really made her spark and come to life. I love that she respects Kate as a person and as a hero, and that she doesn't once hurt her.

STEFAN/KATHERINE

TL;DR:

Katherine and Stefan are my OTP of the series. I feel like they compliment one another so well.

Katherine finally lowers her walls around Stefan and almost becomes Katerina again. She wants to live, she wants to love. She lets herself be vulnerable with him.

And Stefan seems to blossom with Katherine. He becomes someone who isn't just Giuseppe's favourite son. He becomes a man who loves and wants to be loved and goes after what he wants. I love how she later comes to help him manage his PTSD (even though I do wish that the writers hadn't settled on "Your traumatic experience isn't the reason why you have PTSD, but the fact that this other girl broke up with you is why!" because that's kind of bullshit) and that Stefan comes to see Katherine for who she is—she is a good person who was in a shitty situation and dealt a shitty hand in life, and she made the most of it.

I just think it's so poignant that Stefan treats Katherine like she's a human being after she's spent so long being treated like an object and being disparaged and vilified. Even when she returns in season 2, he talks to her as if she's a person—and also has a go at her like one, too. Where Damon calls her misogynistic names, Stefan's the one who lowers his voice and tries to speak to her human to human. He always sees her for Katerina, not the monster that she tries to hide behind. He sees her when no one else (besides Nadia) has.

I love the power dynamic, the imbalance, the balance, and how Katherine is his sire and is such a pivotal person in his life. I feel like Katherine's appearance in season 2 made Stefan step up his game and we finally got to see a chess player.

TL;DR:

Elena looking out for Jeremy back in seasons 1-2 was my shit and I really wish that their relationship had grown in a stronger, more healthy direction than what it did in the show. Jeremy being a little shit, Elena trying to mother and suffocate him… I really loved that dynamic and wish that it was explored a lot more. They only have each other in the end. Jeremy resents Elena for taking his choices away. Elena only wants to protect him and keep him safe. Jeremy wants to keep Elena safe, but in his own way—something I feel we never got to really see explored.

I'm all for Jeremy acting out against potential feelings for Elena and even acting out to get her attention. This one might be underage, which is fine with me, but if you'd prefer to age them up, I'm okay with this being set in college era or even as adults.

TL;DR:

I know this relationship is all kinds of fucked up, which is why I like it a lot. Klaus is definitely the big powerhouse physically between them, but I think that Elena gives as good as she gets and can emotionally manipulate Klaus as she is quite compassionate (in the early seasons, at least).

What I love about them is how fucked up it is. He tried to kill her—and successfully did so—and took her family away from her by murdering Jenna. He wanted to kill her best friend, uproot her entire life in Mystic Falls, and use her as a blood bag. How I read Elena's character at times is that she is a martyr, as established in the show, but she's also someone who has suicidal tendencies. Why else would she try and go toe to toe with powerful vampires when she's a human who could be snapped in half like a twig in just a few seconds? Elena likes the rush, the adrenaline, the danger.

What I'd love to see if them having to work together, even growing dangerously codependent on each other. He needs her to create hybrids and Elena needs him to punish herself for surviving her parents' fatal car crash.

I'm mostly attracted to them being a fucked up and toxic pairing with a few similarities shared between them. I'd love to see elements of Stockholm Syndrome in this.

I do have a preference for Elena being human and their dynamic in seasons 1-3, but if you want to write her as a vampire, go for it!

TL;DR:

I love Katherine/Elijah and am always going to be bitter about how the narrative chose to depict the relationship. Elijah was in the wrong for misleading Katherine back in 1492 and he was wrong again for immediately thinking the worst of her in 4x18.

I would love something where he pulls his head out of his ass and chooses himself for once—and that involves choosing Katherine. Both of them have so much trauma that's due to Klaus that never gets unpacked.

I love seeing Elijah raw and not composed, and also someone who is so composed because that's how he copes. I love seeing Elijah be someone who isn't as perfect and in control as he seems. He's a human being at the end of the day.

I love how Katherine is vulnerable with him. He is one of her biggest loves and someone who was so kind to her when she had felt so lost anda alone and abandoned by her own family. I feel like Katherine gave Elijah hope to love again; her romance and her inability to be jaded had opened a fissure in him again, and I feel like he's never been able to let Katherine go.

Bonus points in letting Katherine actually be angry at him for how he's poorly treated her over the centuries.

I love the different dynamics in this relationship set—Bonnie and Elena are close, Bonnie and Caroline are close, and what divides Elena and Caroline is jealousy and a lack of understanding. But with that said, Caroline doesn't understand Bonnie while Bonnie doesn't trust Caroline to be emotionally vulnerable with. I love the complexities and how all three of them together are a well-oiled unit.

The relationship was really at its best in seasons 1 and 2 and I'd love for that dynamic to be captured.

TL;DR:

What I love about the doppelgängers is the potential they had in season 2. Elena finally gets to learn about where she comes from! Katherine gets to see that her daughter got to live a life and continue on her family line. There's so much history and family between them that we never get to see the complexities of their relationship.

I really like Katherine's power over Elena and the fact that she holds all the cards, but I also appreciate that Elena is capable of being compassionate towards Katherine and her life despite what Katherine's intentions are towards her. Elena's able to disarm Katherine in a way that the Salvatores can't—in season 2, she's a particularly compassionate person who sees people for who they are rather than the caricatures that they try to appear as.

I would prefer not to see anything about Katherine wanting to be Elena. Her speech in the season 4 finale felt so OOC to me. She doesn't want to be Elena, she wants to be herself—and that's who she has always been fighting for since she was 17 years old.

I do prefer human Elena and her season 2 counterpart the most as I found that she was someone who was both compassionate and selfish, and she had a tenacity for survival that was a softer version of Katherine's. I'd prefer her to stay human unless her vampire self is requested.

TL;DR:

I love this OT3 for how fucked up it is. Katherine is the reason for both of their existences—Elena's by blood and Stefan's by vampirism. I love how she's the pivotal piece in this threesome because, without her, none of them would be together or even alive.

I like the power imbalances and how it shifts and never sit with one person. I love that Katherine will always be taken aback by genuine emotion—whether it's love or someone's devotion—while Elena and Stefan will never be the ones who hold the strategic or physical power. I love that Stefan has the capacity to love beyond himself and to give. And I love that Elena is someone who is so compassionate that she's willing to see a person even with their flaws.

I'd love to receive a V and non-V version of this. Perhaps Katherine's the tip of this since the entire Mystic Falls arc always had her at the eye of the storm (none of the events of the show would've happened without her) or perhaps it's Stefan at the centre. Or perhaps it's a human Elena who's meant to be their salvation.

TL;DR:

What I love about Elijah and Elena is the mutual respect they have for one another. They are intellectuals and meet as intellectuals every time they interact. Elijah has this almost begrudging respect for her, and Elena seems a little enamoured by this worldly man.

I enjoy their chemistry because I feel it's very mature. Although Elijah is this old fart who has seen so much of the world, he seems to be so curious by this young woman who wears the same face as the women he's fallen for before. I don't believe that Elijah sees Elena 100% for herself, though. I've always viewed Elijah's character as a saviour/knight type and as a man who has fallen prey to the Madonna/Whore complex that seems to be assigned to Elena/Katherine. I've always appreciated the complexities his own baggage brings to the relationship, and how he wants to save Elena because he failed to save Tatia and Katerina. (Elijah is a man who is attracted to damsels, and while I don't believe Elena is necessarily one, especially her season 1-2 iteration, I do believe that he sees her as someone to save and that's the allure of the doppelgänger to him. She's a human. He's a vampire. One plus one.)

I think Elijah gives Elena some more freedom than the Salvatores do. I think he lets Elena think and make her own decisions, even if he doesn't agree with them. She's proven herself to be trustworthy and to be loyal, and I think that he allows her the space to explore and be herself and be human and flawed because of it. Elena's challenged by Elijah. I think he makes her want to stand taller when she enters the room. I also really like how Elena can and will manipulate when she needs to, and that she will use his bleeding heart and knight complex to her advantage.

I love the power imbalance because while Elijah has physical power over Elena, she has emotional power over him. She knows who she is. She can see herself clearly. Elijah can't. He doesn't know who he is and she can easily manipulate that.

AGATHA

TL;DR:

IT WAS AGATHA ALL ALONG! This is literally my ringtone and I still bop to it a year later. No shame.

I absolutely love Agatha. I think she is such a rich character who is neither a villain nor a hero. She's someone who was working towards her own selfish gain and I absolutely loved that she had good motivations that weren't the usual cookie-cutter MCU villain. While she kind of turned into a bit of the typical campy MCU villain at the end, I really love how Agatha was always so smart and cunning and really, really played her role as the friendly neighbour.

I love Wanda and I absolutely love the development she got in WandaVision. We finally got to see Wanda the human woman who isn't just a prop in a male-dominated ensemble film. We got to celebrate her strengths and vulnerabilities and complexities.

I really loved seeing how she was not coping with her grief at all and was instead hiding away inside of it. I love how she hasn't learned how to grieve. She's lost so many people and yet she pushes herself onward in possibly the most unhealthy of ways. She carries her family with her, her failure in saving Sokovia, her failure in saving half the population from losing years of their lives… There's vulnerability and strength in her suffering, and I love that every time Wanda gets knocked down, she gets back up.

All she wants is her happily ever after. She just wants to belong.

WANDA/AGATHA

TL;DR:

Could the MCU get more badass witches? I love Agatha and Wanda. I love how they are so similar yet so different. I love their budding friendship, even though Agatha was manipulating Wanda so she could get closer to her. I feel like Agnes was the first friend Wanda had in a long time, and I imagine the devastation of knowing she was just using her would've only added to the compounding grief Wanda was experiencing.

I love Agatha's wit and her dragging Wanda. I love how she's so unapologetically herself. She knows who she is and she looks down on Wanda for not knowing who the is from a slice of bread. She's jealous, yet she still manages to hold herself higher and arrogantly. I love that Agatha owns her shit and every choice she makes, although I do love it when she's vulnerable.

I think Wanda has finally found someone who understands her. Agatha understands what it's like to be an outside, even though she had a coven at her back and accepting her. She knows what it's like to be someone she doesn't know how to be. Wanda seemed to grow confident in Agatha's presence and enjoyed her friendship, and even lowered some walls in allowing someone to get to know her. She trusted Agatha with her children, something I think speaks a lot of how Wanda saw Agatha since her children were so sacred to her.

I'm happy with the power imbalance and power play being explored between the two. Wanda mind controlling Agatha. The two of them working together, working out of sync. I think there are some great avenues to explore with them—dark ideas and even light ones.

I really hope the MCU goes the route where Agatha mentors Wanda.

TL;DR:

There were so many missed opportunities between Natasha and Bucky.

I particularly love their Red Room connection and history in the comics and am more than happy to have that exist in anything you create!

I love that Natasha has someone who she can love and call home and who gets that she's someone who doesn't open up easily. I feel like Natasha is someone who could give Bucky the space to learn who he is and not push him into being someone else—or someone else again. They can trauma bond, but I feel like, most importantly, they just Get one another.

They understand one another. They know what it's like to be used as objects and as instruments of destruction and mayhem. Natasha would understand what it's like not to know yourself, and I think Bucky would understand more than anything what it is like to feel like you have so much red on your hands you can't wash it off.

I think that they'd have great banter together. Natasha's dry wit with Bucky's fun ribbing would be a great fit. I think she'd make him blush a lot, but he'd definitely make her blush with his well-intentioned compliments and even his own gentle jesting.

Please feel free to add in any comic book history and influences. I'd love it if Natasha calls Bucky "James" and Bucky calls her "Natalia" (only if it suits the story!). Please feel free to dig into their respective PTSD if you so wish!

Aesthetically—and shallowly—I like Bucky with his short hair (and in his dumb blue shirt) and Natasha with her Black Widow hair. I loved that it was long and a vibrant red. (I also love the significance of the braids—her braids became more pronounced as she became more in touch and comfortable with her family.)

PIETRO/WANDA

I have combined the Captain America and WandaVision prompts together since there's a lot of overlap between the two Pietro/Wanda requests.

TL;DR:

These prompts are for AOU and WandaVision Pietros since I imagine both will affect Wanda regardless of the canon we're focusing on. Feel free to do any Pietro your heart fancies!

Wanda and Pietro are such an interesting dynamic that I wish were explored more in the MCU. I love the overprotective older brother and the spitfire and overprotective younger sister. I love that they are each other's person. I love that you can't have one without the other—and that when you do, the entire world is unbalanced because of it.

I'm happy for Pietro to have been brought back from his death or be a figment of Wanda's imagination. I'm happy for him to still have died and come back in some way—or for any fic to exist before his ridiculous death in AOU. I wish we got more of these two—they're each other's person, Wanda joined Hydra because of Pietro, and no one can convince me that Wanda didn't give Pietro his powers.

DR STRANGE (MOVIES)

TL;DR:

I loved everything about MOM (although, I do wish we got to see them team up and see Wanda's descend into her tunnel thinking more) and I'd love to receive anything set in the MOM era for these two, as well as any aus that disregard MOM. (My prompts will cover both options.)

I love the magical aspect of this ship and how they can talk magic and possibly learn from one another. I like how Strange is someone who seems very stoic and deadpan and Wanda's someone who I feel bleeds a lot of life. I think that Wanda could make Strange smile and learn to live life because she's someone who has survived the worst hand life has ever had to offer and continues to get back up and Strange could be accepting of Wanda since he knows what it's like to fuck up so badly. I think Strange is capable of being patient and the person Wanda needs to help her grow confident in her abilities and personal self, and I can also see him treating her as a person and with kindness. He wouldn't lock her away in her room as Stark did.

LITTLE WOMEN (2019) (MOVIES)

DNWS:

Laurie/Jo. I'm happy for it to cause a roadblock for Amy wherein she doesn't want to believe Laurie actually loves her. I'd like to opt-out of Laurie/Jo as an established relationship.

TL;DR:

I fell head first for these two when Amy read Laurie's ass for filth in Europe. I really love how their relationship feels mature—Amy seems to ground Laurie in a way that brings him comfort and Laurie sees Amy for the woman she is and nothing less. I really enjoyed their chemistry in the movie—I liked how he looked at her, I loved their banter, and I enjoyed how Amy, despite her feelings, isn't gentle with Laurie. She tells it like it is, even if it's the truth that will hurt him. They capture one of my favourite dynamics—the boy who trips over himself and the woman who trips him.

I particularly really loved Amy. I loved how she was unapologetically herself, even if that meant that she seemed like a brat. I love that she grew up into a woman who understood her place in society and who craved more but allowed herself to want something that her family never let themselves have. I like that she understood Aunt March's perspective and adopted it as her own, and how she wanted more in life but was willing to try and get it in an acceptable roundabout way.

I personally feel like Laurie would allow her to have what she wants because he's had so much taken from him, too. He wouldn't stifle Amy's independence or be intimidated by it but would nurture it.

The one thing I wish we got was MORE! I wanted more of them! I wanted to see them together in Europe, with Laurie being jealous and Amy being exasperated. I wanted to see him court her and Amy actually let herself be courted. I wish we got to see more fallout from Amy saying she wouldn't play second to Jo. (I felt that was a loose end.)
