Hello, Mistletoe creator! Thanks for creating something for me! 🥰

I'm buries and finnicks.

I've written this letter with the assistance of one of my cats (she has taken time out of her busy schedule to help me!) to give you an idea of my likes, dislikes, prompts, and some things I enjoy (and maybe don't enjoy) in canon. Please don't feel as though you need to include all the prompts in one fic or interpret the prompts at face value. I'm hoping this will merely inspire you.

If you find one section is a little shorter than the others, please don't think I want it any less! With some of them, I have a lot to say and with others I am (thankfully) a little more concise. My prompts are in no particular order other than the canons have been alphabetised and categorised.

I really love fics that dig into character. It can be a moment or a series of moments—and it doesn't have to be something overly plotty. I love emotional arcs and characters learning something about themselves and even each other. I never want characters to be perfect—rip them apart, show how ugly they can be, and put them back together in a way that may not be perfect but is good enough. I love explorations of PTSD, complicated relationships with people or ideas or even past events. Feel free to also be ridiculous and have characters be hopeless, funny, quippy and witty. I love characters being a little foolish and having fun.

Please note that I am happy with any rating of fic (unless specified via the exchange criteria). I'm happy for explicit PWP or porn with plot (or a story with no porn). I'll indicate in any request where I do not want to receive explicit fic (whether it be sexual or violence).

ART LIKES

If you choose to make me art, thank you! The only art that I can do is draw the Looney Tunes from scratch. I'm not an artist, so I'm not entirely comfortable creating a list of DNWs for art when I won't know what I'm talking about. I'm hoping that my prompts will give you some inspiration nonetheless!

I like bright colours (yellow, red, purple, blue in particular), bold colours, character-centric pieces that express an emotion and capture something about the character. I usually like simplistic backgrounds, but if backgrounds are your thing, please go for it. (If you do watercolour, I absolutely love that! Real talk: I love watching watercolour videos on YouTube and Instagram—I'm always admiring how the colours turn out so perfectly!) I don't know other art styles so I am up for learning!

As corny as it sounds, as long as you have fun with it, I'm going to love it.

(BOOK) A SONG OF ICE AND FIRE

SHIPS:
• Arya Stark/Gendry Waters
• Lyanna Stark/Rhaegar Targaryen

DNWS:

• Bashing Robert—critiquing him narratively and having characters have their own opinion of him is A-OK and loved, but only dragging him for the sake of dragging him is something I'd like to avoid. While it may be hard to acknowledge some of his great traits (fantastic soldier, incredibly confident, charming, etc.) and tragedies (he's a boy who simply wanted to look out for his family) may not be something that fits in the story, I'd just like to avoid trashing him as the primary reason why he's being brought up.

(If you want to include him in art, I always view him as Henry Cavill ala The Tudors.)

• Bashing Elia—she's such an interesting character who I wish we got to know more of. While I suspect Oberyn would cape hard for any sibling who he lost tragically, the fact that people always speak so kindly of Elia has to mean something. I'd prefer if we don't write her off as some delicate flower who has no personality. She comes from a family of snakes. She survived so long in a dragon cave. If Elia's mentioned, I'd really appreciate that she's not written off as someone with a weak personality.

Although I feel like ASOIAF is longwinded and could be culled significantly, the few things I absolutely love about this series is the worldbuilding, the lush language, and the way that the characters all have different perspectives on one event. (Unreliable narrators—or the simple fact that we all approach a situation with different contexts—is so fascinating and something I feel this series does explore.) I love how each character is well-developed.

TL;DR ARYA/GENDRY:
I've always been a sucker for Arya and Gendry. I feel like they have such great chemistry. Gendry doesn't try to mould Arya into being someone she's not. He accepts her for who she is. Arya accepts Gendry for who he is and lets him in, something I feel she struggles in doing after Ned loses his head. I think that they are so complimentary—Arya doesn't want to be a lady and I doubt Gendry would want to be a king or a prince once he learns of his true heritage.

TL;DR LYANNA/RHAEGAR:
Rhaegar and Lyanna have always fascinated me. Their romance is so tragic and yet so unknown. I love the idea that they're star-crossed lovers, that Rhaegar won't cage Lyanna in the way Robert does. That Lyanna can be herself—the Knight of the Laughing Tree, a woman who holds a sword, who's outspoken, who belittles bullies without a thought.

I love the idea of Rhaegar being a romantic and of him being someone who is strategically cunning and smart. (The idea of Rhaegar using the tourney at Harrenhal to meet to discuss taking down his father is EVERYTHING! I personally don't believe he was a prince with cotton in his head and someone who let prophecy dictate every little action he made—Rhaegar had the Seven Kingdoms' best interests in mind and got swept up in romance.)

Out of Rhaegar's kids, I love Rhaenys the best… Aegon is okay but he's Gob.

THE GOOD SHIT:

ARYA/GENDRY
—FIC PROMPTS

• Arya purposefully tries to dodge each and every hallway and door that has a sprinkle of mistletoe hanging from it… but she's not able to outrun and outwit the mistletoe in Gendry's hand.
• A piece of mistletoe is spelled with magic and doesn't allow the two people standing beneath it to be able to leave until they kiss.
• Gendry creates a sword for Arya.
• Gendry tries to show Arya he likes her, but she's too dense to get it or he's too subtle.
• Gendry keeps referring to Arya as "My lady", no matter how many times she shoves him to stop.
• PTSD, nightmares… Either pre-romantic relationship or during them being romantic, they share a bed as sleeping beside one another is the only way they feel calm and at ease.
• Nymeria! She comes back or Gendry finds her. Maybe she even has little pups.

Re: Arya—I kind of don't view Maisie Williams as Arya. I'd see someone who looks like Conor Leslie (as Donna Troy) as her (since she does look a little like Lyanna). Dark hair, pale skin.

I love the idea of him cutting off all his hair so he doesn't look a thing like Aerys (in his prime and in his deteriorating state), but if drawing his long hair is something you want to do, please go for it!

CANON TL;DR:

Alias was my first spy show and I will forever love seasons 1-2 for its tight writing, twists, and (negl) Sark and Irina. I loved the mystery (when it wasn't so convoluted!), the disguises, the aliases, and the way that Sydney was allowed to be tough and vulnerable. I loved that the women were so smart and so intelligent. Sometimes I feel like this show was ahead of its time… and then it fell prey to the usual J.J. Abrahms bullshit of being abandoned and letting it go off the rails.

TL;DR SYDNEY/SARK:
I have always loved Sark and Sydney. I love his open admiration of her and how she tells him to take a hike. Their banter is so great—Sydney always shuts Sark down but also gives into him a little and quips back at him. I feel like their chemistry is very hot and electric, and while I never would expect them to have a healthy relationship (something close to Vaughn and Sydney), I feel like they're Irina and Jack, but with a little less bitterness and jadedness (cough Jack). I've always believed Sark had a crush on Sydney and was always, always so sad when he wasn't on screen. (He's also really cute. Season 2 Sark is peak Sark look wise. Those damn baby blues, too!)

TL;DR IRINA/JACK:
I've always been a big fan of Irina, but since rewatching the show thanks to lockdown, I've had a great appreciation for Jack and Irina. Their relationship isn't simple by any means. She's betrayed him. He wonders what was the truth in his marriage to Laura. Irina is vulnerable and gentle with Jack while she's still so brutal and opportunistic. I love that Jack both distrusts and trusts Irina. He's her Achilles Heel just as much as she's his. Their chemistry is just so fucking good—I love how they're so quiet and domineering, how sometimes it's a game of chess and sometimes it's just a dance they fall back into. I really wish they had a happier ending.

THE GOOD SHIT:

SYDNEY/SARK
—FIC PROMPTS

• They're caught under Rambaldi mistletoe that won't let them leave a foot of each other until they kiss. Sydney, of course, would rather cut her mouth off.
• Season 2: missing moments of them working together in SD-6. Perhaps they attend a Christmas party?
• Season 3: Sark and Sydney are partners when working with the Covenant.
• Sark helps Sydney recover her memories.
• Undercover couple—engaged, married couple, etc. (I do have a fondness for any Desperate Housewives settings—shove them into a picturesque suburban street where everything's bright and shiny yet there's something sinister beneath it.)
• Sark gives Sydney a gift—perhaps it's something of Irina's.
• In season 2, rather than bail like the little weakling he is, he helps Sydney out from the ice he shot and she fell through.
• They are begrudgingly trapped together on NYE.

CANON TL;DR:

This show, man. Seasons 1-2 are my shit. The plot, the conspiracy, Thawne being a little bitch, Barry being a hero who didn't seem to be dumbed down for the sake of needing his team. I really enjoyed seasons 1, 2, Flashpoint, the concept of Savitar, the concept of Nora travelling back in time, and the whole concept behind the Multiverse and Mirrorverse. I felt like the later seasons haven't been as tightly written and dumb Barry down significantly, and don't give Iris much to do. I'd love to see Iris as a struggling journalist rather than one day waking up with an empire. I also wish they'd just bring back Matt Letscher as Thawne already!

I love the consequences of time travel, the emotional consequences of knowing you've travelled through time and changed something or someone. I love the seeing yourself in a different world and seeing how your life plays out because you weren't struck by lightning or your parents weren't brutally murdered. Time travel is one of my favourite things, so if that inspires you, please feel free to gun for it.

I'm also a big fan of how grief was portrayed in seasons 1-2. (I disliked how they kind of just blamed Barry for his grief response from season 3 onward when he really should've been supported.) I'm down for explorations in grief experiences for both Barry and Iris. Iris never got to deal with her personal trauma regarding her mom… and she never got to grieve her on-screen, either.

TL;DR IRIS/BARRY:
They are the golden standard. I love their chemistry. I love that their relationship began in deep, beautiful friendship. I love that Iris and Barry will always have one another's backs, even if it means calling the other out on their shit. They simple work. Their chemistry is electric and their relationship is so mature. I love that, despite their relationship turning romantic, they still remain such good friends.

I love the trust between them, the way that Iris understands Barry's neurosis and trauma so well, and how Iris always, always fills in the void that's inside of Barry that he can't fill in for himself. She's his lightning rod. She's the guiding light that propels him onward. She never, ever takes credit or overshadows him—she knows what Barry is capable of and that, sometimes, he just needs a little push.

I love that Barry is Iris' #1 stan. He encourages her to be herself, to take what's hers, to be brave and bold. He always backs her. If she wanted a planet, he'd get it to her in a heartbeat. Iris is the person who has always been stable and there for him, and Barry has always cherished her because she saw him when even he couldn't see himself. I love that he loves her for who she is—flaws and all—and always encourages her to do what's best for her, even if it means she needs to struggle on her own for a little bit.

I love that they have each other's backs. They will always be each other's #1 fans. Barry will move mountains (and erase them, cough) for Iris while Iris will always encourage Barry's selflessness to turn into healthy selfishness. Sometimes the writing really fails them for plot convenience, but I think that it's really easy to pull apart what the plot requires them to do (cough, Barry not knowing it wasn't Iris when she disappeared in the mirror cough) and to see how they function as a unit together.

THE GOOD SHIT:

IRIS/BARRY
—FIC PROMPTS

• Barry wants the perfect Christmas, but when things go haywire, he travels back in time to Christmas Eve's morning and tries to set the next day straight…
• They exchange gifts. Iris, in her opinion, still gives him a poor gift—but perhaps it's her article that's been nominated for a Pulitzer.
• The Flash plays Santa for Nora and Bart and Iris very happily plays Mrs Claus.
• They fight an evil Santa.
• Barry comforts Iris with her first Christmas without Francine (season 2 compliant).
• Barry has amnesia… again.
• Barry meets the original 2024 Iris. Perhaps he's lost in the future.
• Barry keeps accidentally erasing his kisses with Iris.
• Kissing at midnight on NYE.
• Perhaps on NYE, Barry keeps rewinding time by accident…

—ART PROMPTS

• I'd love anything that shows off Barry's speed, whether he's in the Flash costume or in his usual civilian attire (and Converse shoes).
• I love Iris in dark blues, purples, reds, and bright yellows. (I love her seasons 1-3 styles.)

• Iris and Barry on a date—sitting at a cafe, walking along the street, sitting on a blanket in the park.

(TV) GAME OF THRONES

SHIPS:
• Brienne of Tarth/Jaime Lannister

DNWS:

• Season 8 canon.

• Jaime's character regression and returning to Cersei.

CANON TL;DR:

I won't even lie, season 3 of this show got me through uni. Every time I had an assignment, I had to get that shit done before I could watch an episode in hopes of seeing hobo Jaime and his lady knight roll around in the dirt. Season 3 is peak GOT for me—I love Jaime and Brienne's dynamic, the inadvertent roadtripping, Jaime looking his most attractive covered in mud, and Brienne being So Fucking Tired of This Stupid Man. (I also really love how closely it followed the second book… something I feel the series began to veer far from in the coming seasons.)

Their chemistry was electric, their banter fantastic, and their physicality simply amazing. I really enjoy Jaime and Brienne when she's exasperated at him, when he's trying to rile her up, and when Brienne sees Jaime the man beneath all the gold and the fearsome lion exterior. I love how she always saw him for himself. While he's definitely a hot motherfucker, she appreciated and respected who he was on the inside. The saviour of the Seven Kingdoms. The Kingslayer—a name that shouldn't be said so disparagingly.

I love how Jaime respects Brienne for who she is—a talented swordswoman, an unappreciated knight, and a woman who was born in the wrong time. She's the first person to treat him like a person, and Brienne may be the only person who he can't push away no matter how hard he tries.

THE GOOD SHIT:

I am more than happy if you wish to include some book elements in this.

BRIENNE/JAIME
—FIC PROMPTS

• They write letters to one another.
• Brienne helps Jaime train using a sword with his left hand.
• More of Keeping Up with Jaime and Brienne on the road—awkward body heat sharing moments by the campfire, snuggling at night, Brienne not trusting Jaime to not wander away so she ensures she sleeps right beside him.
• They talk about Jaime saving her from the bear.
• After returning to King's Landing, Jaime realises he and Cersei are no longer two sides of the same coin. Brienne comforts him.
• Jaime's jealous of Hyle Hunt (I'm forever bitter he was never a part of the show).

DNWS:

• Maeve/Otis as a ship. I'm happy for them to have broken up or to play a role in Ruby/Otis getting together, but I'd like to opt out of receiving a fic focusing on them romantically.

CANON TL;DR:

I love this show for its sex positive nature and the way it doesn't ever humiliate or shame its characters for the sexual exploits they get up to. It's such a fun show with a great sense of humour (and I'm a sucker for the location and its bright colours).

What I love the most about season three is that it really let Ruby/Otis and Maeve/Isaac shine. Ruby Matthews also came out as the one who carried the show on her back (along with Adam who I never liked in the first place and became a stan by the end of the season) and really, really grew as a person. (Also, her makeup was always A+ imo!)

TL;DR RUBY/OTIS:
Ruby and Otis surprisingly complimented one another so well. I love how Ruby was still so hard and sharp with Otis, but she also began to soften in his presence and didn't feel the need to keep her Untouchable Queen Bee persona in place. He seemed to make her feel comfortable with being a little flawed and not quite as defensive as she tends to be. Otis seemed to really break down Ruby's walls and encouraged her (without even knowing!) to allow herself to have fun and enjoy herself.

I especially love how Ruby encouraged Otis to be comfortable in his own skin and to be himself. While she definitely was demanding, she was accepting of him and his homeless clothes and never really did try and change him in the end. She respected him when he stood up for himself and said "I'm me".

I love their chemistry and the way that they so seamlessly fell together. Otis seemed so relaxed with Ruby, and I really love how Ruby and her friends banded together at the end. I feel like her opening up to Anwar and Olivia was because Otis showed her doing so wasn't weak, but very, very strong.

TL;DR MAEVE/ISAAC:
I really warmed to Maeve/Isaac for their chemistry and the way that they are so physically intimate. I really, really enjoyed their physical intimacy scene (god, that scene was so, so good). I feel like Maeve lowers her walls around Isaac and allows herself to be a little less guarded. And I think Isaac allows himself to open up and have a little fun. I love their banter and I love the way that they quip at each other. Their chemistry is hot imo and I think that they had a great foundation in friendship (even if he had a crush on her and deleted that voicemail). Maeve really seemed to blossom in his presence. Isaac got her in ways no one else does (except Aimee) and I feel like Isaac accepts the ugliness of Maeve when Maeve has hidden that from everyone for so long. These two just click for me.

CANON TL;DR:

This show really shows me off as being the clown that I am, I swear. 🤡 I thought season 3 was a massive improvement over the last two seasons, but NOPE. It fell back into its usual Titans trap of setting things up with great potential and then letting it all plummet.

Despite the writing always being a little clunky and… forgetful of what was already established in canon (Komand'r's entrance in the season 2 finale, all of Dick's development in season 2, Kory's amnesia…), I love the characters. I am a clown, I tell you!

TL;DR KORY/DICK:
I'm forever bitter that they're not serving us Kory/Dick on a golden platter. They have such fantastic chemistry—they're the mom and dad of the group, two leaders, two people who are just so good and sacrifice so much… I really, really wished that the show picked them back up and developed them since the actors are great and the characters shine together. They both went on journeys of discovering who they are to themselves… and they look so damn fine standing next to one another!

TL;DR KOMAND'R/CONNER:
I ended up falling in love with Komand'r and Conner as they had great chemistry and happened to make a great pairing of "We're actually rather lonely in the world and we don't know our place but maybe I can find my place with you". The actors' chemistry together was just so damn good.

TL;DR DONNA/JASON:
One of my guilty pleasure ships is Donna and Jason. I feel like she's one of the few who can really get through to Jason because she has a no bullshit approach to everything. Jason needs someone who will give it to him straight and won't sugarcoat anything… and I think Donna really understands what it's like to be in the shadow of someone who the world sees as great. I like the age difference, the different upbringings, and the way that they put on their masks and pretend that nothing can penetrate them. (I also love how she can totally beat him up in a fight.)

TL;DR DONNA/DICK:
Donna and Dick have great chemistry as friends and as something more. She gets Dick and all his dumb Dickisms, and Donna is that person who Dick always seems to go to for straight advice and to be calm. I love their banter, I love that she's older, and I love that they also look good together, too. She's someone who understands how he feels—his complicated relationship with Bruce and his own identity—and I feel that he can guide her into becoming Troia now that he's Nightwing.

TL;DR DONNA/KORY:
What can go wrong with Donna and Kory? Donna hates Kory's taste in music (it's fabulous), they make such a great team, and they are amazing women who can totally go toe to toe with the best. I wish we got more of them on-screen together. I think that Donna can understand Kory feeling like a fish out of water when it comes to being from Tamaran—and even that homesickness, the complicated relationship with her home…

I'm happy for Donna's death to be totally ignored as that was… questionable at best.

CANON TL;DR:

I love this show in the early years. My favourite seasons are 1, 2 and 6. I love season 1 for the lore and how everyone feels like a character grounded in this small town (and went to school… back when they remembered they went to school). Season 2 is my favourite season amongst them all because they really showed how tightly the writing could be, how immersive this world was (and kind of incestuous, negl), and I loved that characters got to show off their cunning and intelligence. And, most importantly, we got Katherine Pierce! I love season 6 as I felt like the characters weren't total caricatures of themselves, the story was compelling and the lore was being stretched again with prison worlds, and Malachai Parker was in it.

I'm not really a big fan of Elena as a vampire as I felt like she lost a lot of her spark and fire; however, if you want to write about Elena as a vampire, please feel free to do so.

I'm happy to receive any of the below ships for this exchange. Katherine is my favourite character from this show.

To talk a little about the ships I've chosen (get ready, I'm sorry…). Blanket note: I know all of these relationships are toxic and if you want to delve a little into that toxicity without bashing the ships (i.e. portraying one character as undeserving/ the person who is 100% bad guy in it), I'm all for it. I love explorations of how people are so emotionally damaged, but I like it to be a fair criticism that doesn't favour another ship over it.

TL;DR KATHERINE/STEFAN:
Katherine and Stefan are my OTP of the series. I feel like they compliment one another so well.

Katherine finally lowers her walls around Stefan and almost becomes Katerina again. She wants to live, she wants to love. She lets herself be vulnerable with him.

And Stefan seems to blossom with Katherine. He becomes someone who isn't just Giuseppe's favourite son. He becomes a man who loves and wants to be loved and goes after what he wants. I love how she later comes to help him manage his PTSD (even though I do wish that the writers hadn't settled on "Your traumatic experience isn't the reason why you have PTSD, but the fact that this other girl broke up with you is why!" because that's kind of bullshit) and that Stefan comes to see Katherine for who she is—she is a good person who was in a shitty situation and dealt a shitty hand in life, and she made the most of it.

I love the power dynamic, the imbalance, the balance, and how Katherine is his sire and is such a pivotal person in his life. I feel like Katherine's appearance in season 2 made Stefan step up his game and we finally got to see a chess player.

TL;DR KATHERINE/ELIJAH:
I love Katherine/Elijah and am always going to be bitter about how the narrative chose to depict the relationship. Elijah was in the wrong for misleading Katherine back in 1492 and he was wrong again for immediately thinking the worst of her in 4x18.

I love the idea of Elijah pulling his head out of his ass and choosing himself for once—and that involves choosing Katherine. Both of them have so much trauma that's due to Klaus that never gets unpacked. I love seeing Elijah raw and not composed, and also someone who is so composed because that's how he copes. Katherine's the one person who I feel can really get through to Elijah because she knows who he was back in 1492. I feel like Elijah is Katherine's Achilles heel—he knew who she was before she had to shed her skin and reinvent herself.

I love how Katherine is vulnerable with him and we get to see the romantic that she is. Bonus points in letting Katherine actually be angry at him for how he's poorly treated her over the centuries.

TL;DR KATHERINE/ELENA:
What I love about the doppelgängers is the potential they had in season 2. Elena finally gets to learn about where she comes from! Katherine gets to see that her daughter got to live a life and continue on her family line. There's so much history and family between them that we never get to see the complexities of their relationship.

I really like Katherine's power over Elena and the fact that she holds all the cards, but I also appreciate that Elena is capable of being compassionate towards Katherine and her life despite what Katherine's intentions are towards her. Elena's able to disarm Katherine in a way that the Salvatores can't—in season 2, she's a particularly compassionate person who sees people for who they are rather than the caricatures that they try to appear as.

TL;DR ELENA/JEREMY:
Elena looking out for Jeremy back in seasons 1-2 was my shit and I really wish that their relationship had grown in a stronger, more healthy direction than what it did in the show. Jeremy being a little shit, Elena trying to mother and suffocate him… I'm all for Jeremy acting out against potential feelings for Elena and even acting out to get her attention. I really enjoyed Jeremy's character in seasons 1-2 as he was just a boy trying to make sense of the world around him and Elena was trying to cushion a lot of his falls.

TL;DR ELENA/STEFAN:
Elena and Stefan were such a good ship on the show and I'll always be disappointed that they didn't get their justice. I always viewed Stefan as someone who respected Elena as a person and especially her agency. While the reason why he chose to get to know her wasn't exactly healthy, I love that, while he sometimes did project Katherine onto Elena, he allowed her to be her own person. She was, in a way, his redemption. And I love how Elena blossomed with Stefan. With him, she didn't have to pretend to be okay. She could be sad, she could be depressed, she could be so angry at the world. He really gave her the space to breathe and be.

TL;DR BONNIE/KAI:
Even though Kai stabbed her a few times and was a massive dick, I love the chemistry between Bonnie and Kai. They have really great banter. I genuinely think Kai has a crush on Bonnie, but because he's Kai and he didn't exactly grow up in a healthy household, he thinks the equivalent to liking her is pulling on her pigtails. I love their bickering and how he gets under her skin. She has nice palms! I feel like there was a lot of potential between them—Bonnie could've learned more about magic and Kai could've learned a lot more about control and love. Bonnie could handle Kai's quips and immaturity, and I do feel like Kai wanted to impress Bonnie when he wasn't trying to outmanoeuvre her and Damon.

I self-converted myself into becoming a WinterWidower via Tumblr edits and am eagerly awaiting for my The Winter Soldier comic book collection set! There were so many missed opportunities between Natasha and Bucky.

I particularly love their Red Room connection and history in the comics and am more than happy to have that exist in anything you create! I love that Natasha has someone who she can love and call home and who gets that she's someone who doesn't open up easily. I feel like Natasha is someone who could give Bucky the space to learn who he is and not push him into being someone else—or someone else again. They can trauma bond, but I feel like, most importantly, they just Get one another.

Please feel free to add in any comic book history and influences. I'd love it if Natasha calls Bucky "James" and Bucky calls her "Natalia" (only if it suits the story!). Please feel free to dig into their respective PTSD if you so wish!

TL;DR SARAH/BUCKY:
They had like two minutes of screen time together but I love that Bucky flirts and smiles with Sarah and Sarah not only appreciates the baby blues but blushes. Give this hard-working woman some goddamn love! She seems so independent and someone who wouldn't need Bucky to save her.

TL;DR WANDA/PIETRO:
Wanda and Pietro are such an interesting dynamic that I wish were explored more in the MCU. I love the overprotective older brother and the spitfire and overprotective younger sister. I love that they are each other's person. I love that you can't have one without the other—and that when you do, the entire world is unbalanced because of it.

I'm happy for Pietro to have been brought back from his death or be a figment of Wanda's imagination. I'm happy for him to still have died and come back in some way—or for any fic to exist before his ridiculous death in AOU. I wish we got more of these two—they're each other's person, Wanda joined Hydra because of Pietro, and no one can convince me that Wanda didn't give Pietro his powers. (I'm also happy if this is Fietro from WandaVision.)

TL;DR WANDA/VISION:
"What is grief if not love persevering?" is the reason why I began to really take Wanda and Vision seriously as a couple. Vision, who has no capability of understanding human emotion, tries too hard to understand it with and for Wanda…

WandaVision really captured why they work while the films failed to do that. She gets to be herself with him. She can be angry and mad and sad and depressed and lonely and Vision will give her the space to be that. He never hounds her to be someone else. Never expects her to be someone she's not. And Wanda has patience for Vision that I feel others don't have. She lets him learn, lets him grow, and despite sometimes snapping, she understands he's coming from a complicated place of not having the experiences she does and yet still has such a good heart.
